At home, Bua and Naani are preparing for Vasudha's birthday celebreation but an exhausted Vasudha comes back home from work and loses her temper – she says she sees no reason to celebrate. Vedant confronts Vasudha about double crossing Govind – Vasudha is amazed to see her own brother siding with Sandhya's family and questioning her about her decision. Sandhya learns that Vasudha has paid for his father's treatment. She is very angry as she feels Vasudha is trying to show them down. Meanwhile, Vikram manages to get information about Sinha out of Rafique – an informer. He goes to Sinha with an arrest warrant but suddenly he gets a call from the police station that Rafique has died in his cell – the only evidence Vikram had against Sinha is gone now...
