Does Suhana love Dev now?

Hi I am slightly confused (as I had stopped watching the show for a while and jsut started agian recently) - Suhana and Dev got married - so does she love him? Or is she still in love with Nihal?

And if Suhana loves Dev why would she be shocked that his hand is searching for her in his sleep?

Suhana loves Dev and she nihal is out of her life.

the reason she was shocked for dev searching for her on bed was becoz it was midnight and she had been out seraching for rishika. maybe she was scared what if dev found out the truth of rishika and samar, thats why she must be shocked and wondering if dev missed her for long.
