If we talk about the Ishra hug, it was sudden. I don't think RKB was expecting that Ishita will hug him and moreover he was really trying to apologize to her. It wasn't his reluctance, but he was surprised. It was there on his face.

Ishita on the other hand was freaked out as hell thinking something happened to him, so her hug was more spontaneous and intense.! :)

I don't think KP has any issues because we already got the kiss scene before that. 😉 Divan are perfectly comfortable with each other..
