Hello YHMians,
I know many of you wondering why I've put such a title to my post when Raman had never been away from the show.
The Raman Kumar Bhalla who attracted me towards his charisma, his unique akdoo attitude, his screams, his no-nonsense talks, his less-words-more-meaningful deeds, his unconditional love for his family yet punishing the person for his/her wrong deeds even if it's his own family member.
Yes, this is THE Raman kumar Bhalla whom I'm talking about. In the recent past few weeks, this THE Raman Kumar Bhalla was lost somewhere and I was sad and disconnected from the Current Raman who would act like a jealous teenager seeing his wife praise her bestie-Mani and then do silly stuff like googling 'How to be achcha pati' and other random stuff to impress wifey!
As much comical they tried to show RKB's jealousy track, it turned out silly for me. I felt disconnected and was wondering if this is the same akdoo THE Raman Kumar Bhalla whom I fell in love with inspite of all his rudeness and insensitive talks especially towards Ishita!
But today's episode just made me happy seeing the old no-nonsense THE Raman Kumar Bhalla back in action!
And Kudos to KP for portraying his every emotion so perfectly, ofcourse he does it always, but today, I had to mention it coz he portrayed the emotions of every relation in his life so perfectly. I shall explain that below.
But before that, I need to say this...man! Karan Patel! You looked HOTTT in the pink blazer with clean shaven look!☺️
okay, so let me begin my post [ya, you thought I was already done with my post, na sorry to burst your bubble😆...picture abhi baaki hai mere dost😉]
1) The Practical Bhalla:-
He respects women, but he doesn't shy away from pointing out what's wrong is wrong!
He had before also warned Sarika to stay away from Romi, not because she wasn't worth Romi but because Romi wasn't worth her, who doesn't respect women!
He points out that as much as Romi's mistake is there, even she is somewhere responsible for her own current situation.
He gives her the practical solution- not to tie herself with a person who doesn't value her nor love her in a forced marriage.
He deals with the entire issue maturely and practically👍🏼 keeping in mind of the sensitivity of the issue. He doesn't scream or try to force his opinion on Sarika inspite of her misunderstanding him and asking him to leave her house after insulting him.
2) The I-Dont-Care-A-Damn Bhalla
He gets the legal notice sent by Sarika for Romi. He calls out Romi and lashes out at him for creating such a huge mess and not caring to rectify it.
He shuts up even his own mother who blindly supports her son irrespective of the innumerous wrong deeds he might hace done in the past or now.
He is fed up of his younger brother's take-it-easy attitude which almost always causes harm to an innocent person, whether be it mihika's self respect or Bala's reputation.
He decides this time to not let anyone interfere in his decision, not even his mother or wife.
He tells Romi to help himself this time as he's not gonna support him anymore.
3) No-Nonsense-Bhalla
As much as he is already irritated by the sudden Romi's misdeed [supposed, I still believe Romi is innocent but as per the track, he is apparently guilty] , he sees his wife and mother standing against each other. One to support her son blindly and another who reacts to situations blindly!
His patience level reahches its peak and he shuts his mother and wife asking them to stop their saas-bahu drama [I loved this scene and KP was so natural here]
He warns his wife to not interfere again in others matters and at the same time he advices his mother to not support her son in his wrong deed.
4) The Nariyal Kumar Bhalla
As much as he showed to his family and world that he doesn't care a damn, when it comes to his family members, irrespective of what happens, he always stands by his family whenever in need, but ofcourse he will never support the wrong.
He declares in front of his family that he will not involve in Romi's case and walks out of home only to feel sad for the mess created by Romi and his mother's pledge to stand by her son irrespective of his deeds.
He calls Pathak and asks him to handle Romi's case as an elder brother would do. But it doesn't mean Raman is supporting Romi.
5) The Soulmate
He may fool her with his fake love confession, he may insult her ifront of the world for silly reasons, he may make fun of her looks & appearance, he may utter his often rude oneliners fr her, but as much as all these traits make him worst husband, he knows and even SHE knows that it's all superficial and he never means any of it.
Whenever the matter is serious, he always trusts her, he listens to her advice, he seeks strength from her, he seeks her support, he searches for himself in her eyes, he yearns her attention, he goes out of his way to thank her, above all, he loves her unconditionally.
She decides to fast for her first karvachauth. He plainly refuses to let her do so.
Only he could know that feeling which he went through in the hospital seeing his belowed wifey unconscious in the ICU and him confessing to himself "Miss kar raha hu tumhe jhansi ki Rani" "Kabhi socha na tha, ki tumhare liye aisi bhi feelings hongi" and "UTh jha meri jhansi ki Rani, tujhse lade-jhagde bina dil nahi lagta." "Itna sukoon raas nahi aata".
Only he could know the inner turmoil that he went through at that time and not to forget, Mani coming and lecturing him on how he is Ishita's husband, but not a good husband for her!
He is not the usual husband who would praise his wife thrice a day or have sweet talks after returning to home from work.
His way of showing his LOVE is unique as unique is his character.
He believes in proving his love in his deeds than showing it off it in his words.
He could bear anything, but he couldn't even imagine to let Ishita undergo the same pain again. He would just not let anyone to take her away from his life. Not even IShita herself. Coz Ishita's life is now copyrighted by Raman.
I was so sad and angry at Cvs for butchering THE Raman Kumar Bhalla's character but today's episode showed that the old Raman is Back in form with a BANG BANG!🥳
Thank you CVs for bringing back old RKB and hope this RKB is to stay forever :)
And Special Mention to Karan Patel because he makes RKB alive!😛
Dear KP, agar OSCAR bhi tumhe mile to wo kam hai, because you are just FLAWLESS actor and a Much more FABULOUS person :)
