Shobha comes out of the meeting, Sandeep congratulates her and says that she seems highly educated, so why did she take this job, to which Shobha replies, lack of experience and need of the hour, Sandeep says she will get lot of experience here and the company would need her and he formally gives his introduction as Sandeep, Marketing Head, and says he knows Shobha to which Shobha claims yes she is famous, all over the TV and the entire nation wants to knows about her, Sandeep surprisingly asks her if she is that famous and poses for a selfie with her and both laugh out and later says that he doesn't want to know what happened in her past, but says her future is bright.
Shobha asks Sandeep if Vikram sir is always this khadoos, Sandeep says not always but sometimes he has bad days also , shobha says more khadoos than this 😲 he further continues that Vikram is a nice guy he love his naani, but there is one problem that he doesn't have good opinion about women and had Shobha been a boy she would love him to which Shobha refutes saying she neither has the capacity nor the courage to love Vikram sir
Tarun is planning with his brother to get his rishta fixed with Garima and decides to talk to Samarth about it and thinks that Shobha would have no choice but to accept it.
Shobha is back home, kids run to her, hug her and go on with their long list of demands and complaints against each other, Shobha sees her mom in law and asks kids to go inside and enquires mom-in-law if everything is okay, she takes the opportunity to taunt her for not taking the call earlier and they argue on Shobha's job,Mom gives her a notice which is from the Home Ministry which states that they have to vacate the official banglow since Samarth is tried for betraying the nation. Shobha is shocked and says how can they vacate this house in 4 days, Mom blames her for Samarth's problems. Kids overhear the convo, Shobha explains them about the change in life and the excitement of new things, new friends and new toys, Rehaan asks if they are going to stay in jail with papa? Shobha says papa is not in jail, to which Jia says it's on internet, Shobha tells not to believe internet and believe only mumma
Shobha attempts to pack the stuff and all the happy moments and laughter keeps ringing in her ears, she breaks down and cries (with Ajeeb Dastaan... playing in the background) Shobha tells Garu that she failed and can't do anything, Garu consoles her and assures her everything will be alright and tells her to ask the office staff if there any guest houses for office staff, Shobha says thats the last option as she doesn't know with whom she is working !!
Vikram is honking the car, outside her house, he starts taunting her as what is making her cry?? his face or his car honk ?? he says he didn't want to spoil his hands by ringing her door bell and further inquires about her swollen eyes and asks if she was watching a ridiculous romantic movie . Shobha cuts him short saying this is her house and not his office, he says he is here to return her book which was exchanged at the bookstore and says politics is not his interest and the book rightly belongs to her and her husband. Shobha remembers the bookstore incident where Garu was teasing her about their 9 years of fairytale marriage and love. Vikram further uses some hindi song lyrics "tum aur tumhari tanhaayi .. blah blah.. blah,.." before leaving he further taunts her for not thanking him for the book. Shobha doesn't retort or react to any of his taunts, he leaves from there frustrated.
She is back in her room with the book, in the first page of the book there is a message which shobha wrote for Samarth, which reads, Change is the order of politics, governments change, policies change and tells him not to change ever. Then there is a flasback where a teenage Shobha's daadaji tells her that one can see light only in pitch darkness and falling is only to rise and to always remember "this too shall pass" good days and bad days both pass and not to become to proud on good days or too depressed in bad times. Shobha is confident recollecting those words and says "This too shall pass' and says that whatever you desire the most walks to you .
The packers are packing the stuff, mom is very happy with Tarun, Shobha is angry with all this and talks to mom about it, both have an argument of staying at Tarun's place or not and decide to take Samarth's opinion regarding this. Garu calms down Shobha.
Outside in the parking lot, Tarun yells at his wife regarding Shobha's resistance and her pride and her ego and defends Samarths actions, his wife defends Shobha, which further annoys Tarun who hurls words against Shobha.
Shobha is ranting and hoping Samarth doesn't tell them to stay at Tarun;s as she can't stand him and would stab him some day .. Mahesh calls Shobha and asks her to get the file to the cafe infront of their house. Shobha just hopes they shouldn't stay at Tarun's and leaves to drop the file in the cafe.
Mahesh is throwing out a group of boys from the cafe, Shobha recognizes one guy as Rahul and asks whats the matter, Mahesh tells that these guys are teasing and bullying girls in the cafe, Shobha says she will have to tell his mom and was about to call Rahul's mom, but Rahul's friend snatches her phone and taunts her about Samarth and his videos on air. Mahesh says he would inform the cops.. Shobha says they would talk it and sort it out and goes aside and calls the cops .
Shobha and Mom meet Samar in jail, mom taunts Shobha for being late, Samarth gestures her to leave it and he tells about the worst food and bed bugs and how he is missing the kids, shobha says the kids are also missing him to which Samarth says that he doesn't want kids to see him in this situation so he is fine that and further tells that they should stay at Tarun's place for time being.
Samarth tries to convince Shobha that Tarun and Riddhima's place is the safest option they have, Shobha says they haven't tried any other options, Mom tries to argue over it, Samarth stops her and says he will talk to Shobha and tells her to try her options and if in 2 days she doesn't get a decent place then they have to move to Tarun's place. Shobha agrees, Mom taunts a little and leaves them to talk for sometime alone.
After mom leaves, Samarath says he defended her before his mom, and now asks for the actual problem she has with Tarun who stood by them like rock solid in every situation. Shobha mocks "ever situation" Samar says this is neither the place nor time to discuss all these issues and he defends himself saying that he did whatever Shobha and kids wanted and tells everyone has some sort of weakness and it happens and tells her to grow up, Shobha is glaring at him in disbelief, Samarth looses his cool and says he did commit mistake and calls her selfish for wanting to discuss all this in such dire situation. Shobha sarcastically says "I am selfish?" and asks were you truthful or I ??
Precap: Shobha tells mom how Tarun is the one who hid affairs of Samarth from her and says that neither she nor her kids can afford a big house like Tarun's but whereever they are they will be happy.
