In my view, he shouldn't accept her resignation.. Whatever he has done is correct- to give a shock treatment to Madhavi.. But after collecting the ID card when she called him as "Sir" he should listen and give proper advice... As a manager he should guide his team..

Madhavi was driving me insane, I think im glad she's going, but wil vichu step in and say karthik is wrong, the only thing is I don't want, that girl to fall in love with karthik and vice versa. 😕

hey, enna idhu she will definetely not go. She deserves this shock treatment. Appuram onnu, Karthikavathu ivalai love panrathavathu. Chance illa. But antha ponnu, kandippa pannum. He might use this girl, to make Raji mad n surface her possessiveness.

Karthik was about to tell something when she said that she is resigning nu..but she didnt allow him to talk...So I think he is right in accepting her resignation...she needs this shock treatment...
