smriti was suppose to come back so it is possible that gautami was in the same hospital as tulsi and she is helping her....gautami probably lost her memory or something...... but something definetly happened in that hospital....

lol ye der prolly gunna show dat...but u know wut wud be the biggest blooper...how did gautami know all the family memebers and everything of tulsiz past if she is not the real one 😆 ...it wud make sense if dey show dat his thakuralz wife died around the same time...she was in the same hopspital so the doctorz gave tulsi her face...lol

that was what i was thinking cause they said smriti will be back and i was thinking after plastic surgery how can they bring smriti back so i thought that something happened in the hospital.
