HR course for Sahir and Alvira

After today, I am stumped on how Sayaara is a leading fashion house. The founders of the company Alvira and Sahir make really bad decisions when hiring employees

Take for example Alvira:

Arzoo's father: If Alvira's friend was such a great help in her time of need, why in the world would she hire a good for nothing dad. Unless the dad weaseled his way in by using his wife... I suppose that would work...if Arzoo uses that for ammo...I digress, since desi TV shows are without logic...I am going to assume that Alvira hired a horrible cheat as a vendor without looking into his character (no reference check).

Bahu for an employee: What kind of a mother would get a bahu for her son with a promise of a job. Shouldn't you get a bahu that loves your son... Miss Alvira hired an employee as a bahu.

Now for Sahir:

Drunk brother as a VP: Assuming Sahir has great pride in everything that he has accomplished, then why risk it on a lush, Casanova of a brother...did he ever think of all the potential sexual harassment lawsuits for Sayaara?? Does this VP brother has the education/talent/experience to be a VP. Great way to alienate your hardworking employees by hiring an incompetent supervisor. Nepotism at best.

Kurti appa: I know mom hired her, and I can see a zamane se bezar mom who was trying to make ends meet hire an uncouth of a woman as a nanny, I mean all the woman had to do was keep the kids alive. But Sahir, who is a grown handsome adult...why in the world would the man still need a NANNY...why why why...that also who speaks rudely to his own mother. If the man is such a farmanbardar Beta, how can he listen to this abomination of a woman who speaks horribly to his own mother. He is ready to fire Arzoo for every little infraction, yet this dirty loud mouth woman is allowed to stay...who in the world has an ever ready supply of live cockroaches...and how can a clean freak like Sahir who has a swimming pool in his room likes a cockroach infested woman??? can I say eww...eww.. ewww..

Linda's Half day: Sahir's employees don't have a vacation package???...I mean the woman is a mother, wouldn't she know that it was her own aulad's birthday...instead of asking for an early release on the day of the b-day, could've asked for a leave days in advance .

This proves that Sayaara badly needs a HR department who can do the following:

1) Teach the upper management how to make correct hiring decisions
2) How to perform background and reference checks
3) Train how to fire people (not let interns make the call)
4) Have a clear vacation/holiday policies for employees
5) Handle employee behavior related issues...how many times will they bug Sahir

If this is a copy of ZGH, I am hating Arzoo's mom...Kashaf's mom was a strong woman who knew her husband was wrong...this woman is making me angry...she wants to live in the house and not fight for her rights...at least Kashaf's mom would tell her husband that what he was doing was wrong.

Why is indian serial afraid of potraying stong polite women...you can only be a loud mouth assertive person, or an abla nari.
