I am thinking Gautami may be Thakral's wife pretending to be Tulsi to get away from her pshyo husband. That's why she was shocked to see him on the news. Also Ekta would have a chance to bring Smriti back to the show as Tulsi. What do you think?

I think Gautami will end up playing a double role. Somehow Mrs. Thakral will suddenly show up from nowhere and you will get to see both a dignified "Tulsi" Gautami and an eccentric "Mrs. Thakral" Gautami. 😆
