Well there is one thing called "maturity" which obviously Arya does not have. Look at Praneet in the same show. He carries himself with so much maturity. I think Praneet is the only level-headed person in that show. Amongst women, I feel Sonali has potential to raise above, and come up with her own individuality. When Karisma threw water on her face, she made no issue.

Arya's luck is really now working for him. First the love strategy failed with minisha & then he tried with sukku but she left and now everyone knows that he has a gf so none of the girls are going to reciprocate to his showmance.

I think some people are just in denial when it's quite clear that that's exactly what he meant even if he didn't say it explicitly. Otherwise why would get so defensive and say all those things when he could have just denied the whole thing and say she's a liar.
