Its using a hyperlink.
1) So you type out what you want the hyperlink to say, so like how I typed out "Parth's FB"
2) Then you highlight that
3) Then click on the icon with the world (its to the left of the image icon)
4) Then you put the link of what you want it to take you to in the second bar beside "Address"
5) Now look at the link, and see what it says at the beginning, (usually http:// or http://) and whatever your link says, select that from the dropdown menu right beside the "Address"
6) Then in your link itself, delete the http:// or whichever it was so it doesn't appear twice
7) Then go Ok
8) Now you should see the hyperlink title (so in this case, it was "Parth's FB") will be underlined in your reply
