Short WU of Firaaq's episode:

Paimaan asks Sara why she lied to Shams abt Paimaan meeting Maa ji as Paimaan's idea, but Sara just leaves. Later Paimaan once again confronts Sara abt her lying to Shams and Sara says tht she does not want Imroz to get married to Paimaan as Imroz knows everything abt her and does not want Imroz to reveal all to Shams. But refuses to divulge further, when Paimaan asks her what it is.

Paiman goes to Roomi's house and asks Roomi ant Sara and Imroz. Initially Roomi refuses to tell her, but when she assumes that Sara and Imroz may have known and liked each other and Sara was afraid that Shams would come to know abt that, Roomi tells her the truth that Sara had consulted Imroz as a psychologist and that she was afraid that Shams wld leave her if he came to know dat. Paimaan is upset witj Sara as she feels tht in order to save her marriage she does nto want Paimaan to get married to Imroz. Roomi expalins her that that's coz she loves Shams and Paimaan wld hv done d same thing to save her marriage to Imroz if dat wld hv been d case.

Haider tells Maa ji to let go of the past and to forgive and move forward in life as she'll end up lonely and sad if she doesn't. After much contemplation Maa ji agrees and decides to go to Shams house and to start afresh.

Paimaan returns to Shams house and he asks her where she has been. She tells him she had gone to meet Roomi and den he asks her if she met Maa ji. She sayas yes, which makes Shams angry and he issues her an ultimatum that if she meets her again then she wasn't welcome at his home. On hearing this Paimaan starts packing. Sara comes and asks her not to leave. Paimaan tells her tht she knows tht Sara wants a child, but she's using manipulation and wrong ways to go about it. Sara tells her tht she'll tell the truth to Shams dat it was she who sent Paimaan to Maa ji, but Paimaan says tht she does not wnat to be responsible for further worsening of relations between Shams and Sara. On her way out Shams tries to stop her too, but she gets angry and accuses Shams of trying to control her and others and when things don't go his way, runnung away from problems, first from his mom and now from his wife coz she wants a child.

Paiman leaves Shmas house and calls Imroz and asks him to marry her imediately. Imroz brings Paimaan to his house and tells her dat it's her hosue from now onwards and dat he has to leave but wld talk to her in the evening.

Maa ji comes and tells Shams she wants to forgive and forget the past, but Shams is rude to her and accuses her of indulging in fights and being responsible for his father's ill health which lead to his death. She tells his that his father was no saint but a gambler, drunk and womanizer. Shams accuses her of lying and tells her tht Paimaan has left the house coz of her.

Yup me too liking Firaaq a lot and not only coz it has Sanam in it, but otherwise too it's very interesting and I just love the flow.

Coming to Rumi, I think every episode we get confused by a character. Like last episode Sara was not being liked at all coz of all the misundestandings she was creating, but dis episode all got cleared and though she was manipulating and creating misunderstandings, it was coz she was scared.

BTW in every epi, der is at least one dhasu dialogue from Paymaan. Love her dialogues and the deadpan way she delivers dem. So effective!

agree with the bold part dahnsu dialouge with deadpan 😆 but rumi will be playing a impotant role later when imroz will be missing
imroz & paymaan specialy i want to say sanam moib together they are a complete surprise package i'm really loving them 😳
sara she is selfish after creating all the misunderstandings now she want to leave
uzmaji what to say brilliant actress & i really love to see her & sanam dhansu performences in coming epis 😊

IMO Sanam is brilliant as Paymaan and so is Uzma Gilani as Maa ji. They both r a class apart. Where I see the difference is in the characterization and acting. Maa ji is very in-your-face kind of character who is very expressive especially when it comes to showing disapproval and bitterness. But at the same time she is vulnerable and feels the pain of abandonment which she tends to hide behind her tough exterior. Whereas Paymaan is quite the opposite. She has a calm exterior and a shy demeanor and is not very expressive. Is restrained, but has an inner strength that makes her a person to be reckoned with.

Also in the first scene when Paymaan confronts Sara, Sanam's acting was superb. It was so restrained, but just by her facial expressions and arched eyebrow she conveyed disbelief and shock when Sara was lying to her and she already knew the truth. I am a huge fan of ppl who show subtlety and restrain when acting and don't go OTT and dis I hv found in Madhuri, Tabu and now Sanam and Fawad.

Firaaq is Sanam's latest drama right. Nice to read the updates and comments. Any idea when is Sanam's wedding in real life?

Yes it is.

No idea abt her wedding, but she said in some IV by the end of dis year.
