Rithvik Dhanjani Performing Sony TV's Diwali Celebration

Sony Entertainment Television's festive ambience has just kick-started with the Eid special episodes to be aired on their new show, Humsafars. Now, the channel is planning a major Diwali bash to be aired on 17 October which will be a star-studded 2 hours special episode.

And the premise for the bash will be Hum Hai Na (DJ's A Creative Unit). Yes, viewers will be entertained by a Hum Hai Na Diwali Special Maha episode.

The major highpoint in the track will be the Diwali family bash thrown by Daddaji (Anil Rastogi), wherein he will invite everyone. Sagarika (Pratyusha Banerjee), who will also be invited, will come to the bash with the main agenda of finding out whether Bunty (Kanwar Dhillon) is the perfect match for her or not. The sequential drama that will happen amidst the festive galore and performances will see how Sagarika will go about having her moments with Bunty.

Well, we also hear that the star-studded night will have few eminent celebrities gracing it.

As per a source, "Farhan Akhtar the popular director and actor is expected to grace the Diwali special episode to promote his social campaign M.A.R.D. (Men Against Rape and Discrimination). Also, there will be performances coming from Gauahar Khan, Mouni Roy, Rithvik Dhanjani, Shweta Tiwari, Shivya Pathania, Kinshuk Mahajan and Harshad Chopda."

We tried contacting Pratyusha and Kanwar, but did not get through to them.

The shoot for the Diwali special will commence from tonight. And we will keep you updated on further developments.
