It was a good episode.
SAC: Sahil is a calm, composed guy with an attitude. He doesn't jump to conclusions. He called the doctor from home, he thinks it through. Despite everything he asked Aarzo " Why were you angry". He is a reasonable guy with certain expectations from his employees. And every work place has a dress code as well work ethics that need to be followed. He went berserk after the call, trashed the whole place. Though bad news was expected, yet he was hoping that it will come with a solution... but it didn't. He likes the spark in her. He reminds him of his past. That is the reason he is often rendered speechless.
Aarzoo: A determined young girl with dreams and a desire to be successful in order to prove a point to her father and society in general. She was able to save the designs. Aarzoo has anger management issues. A flaw that has been acknowledged by her mom, time and again. She throws things, simply loses control when she is angry. And her throwing of imli beej was a result of that.
Aarzoo madame zara gusse par control rakhen and yeh Salah bhi hai aur order bhi hai.
SAC was royally schooled by Aarzoo and aaj imli ke beej ne Sahir ke dil par dastak di hai.. kal Aarzoo ki baari hogi.
Alvira: She is a very complicated person, she needs to win at all cost. Well, I still maintain that she is trouble. It's better to be on her side. She has a mask... who will unmask her? What is her agenda?
Anam is awesome, she works so hard, she deserves to be the VP.
Zaki and Aarzoo will be friends, They have a very platonic chemistry.
Symbolism? He opened the car door, offered to take her to her destination but she walks away, she doesn't turn back, he doesn't persist or pursue...

And finally the luckiest guy Joe... ghar main bhi and office main bhi Sahir ke saath. Kismet isse kehte hain...
