1. Make a contestant a star in one episode.
2. Continue the stardom for some time.
3. Pick another contestant for stardom.

People get bored if they give all the attention to only some contestants like Emon, Ankita so they pick new contestant for star making so that the show doesn't lose its charm. This time it is Amit.

Its good that they are still picking on Emon so that he doesn't get behind the shades but I hope he doesn't land up in Richa's shoes as he definitely is a deserving one ( not that Richa was not as she was way way better than Charu, I still feel if Shifa would have reached the gala rounds we might have enjoyed the show more.)

yeah....i agree...the focous keeps changing to diff contestants. in the auditions, it was richa, in the pianos, it was emon and in the galas now, its amit.
but frankly speaking ,the charm and magic tht emons voice had in the piano rounds (listen to o majhi re, piya re, bijuria) is sumewht not tht evident in the galas...i think he shld sing sum songs from gangster/bas ek pal or sumthing like tht....dunno...thts my opinion. but im sure he'll rock in the next galas! 👏 👏
amit is a superb singer and has an excellent choice of songs. so its fair to say tht he deserves all the attention and applause he is getting! 👏 👏 👏
n i agree....tht shifa is more talented tht charu (sum people dunt like her voice, but oh well, i think its cute). richas voice is to immature and "totli" to be INDIAN idol.
