Title: Leap episode analysis: Mughal's Shadow and Securing Mewar

for the new viewers, Im Rati, I usually do an analysis after the episode, im not always ontime, so dont wait too long lol!

for the oldies - i hope this leap brings a better track- i hate this palace drama!!!

May I say that the Chittod Mahal is in total disarray, when the woman of the house leaves, everything falls apart!

I wont talk about the mahal scenes, they were ewww

and whats with the sadist jagmal, i guess none of JB's sanskar went to him! cvs really went ott with jagmal- its overkill!

Snake/eagle comparison to mughals- well that is the emblem of the mughals, and it coming to Mewad is an overdose of symbolism lol! but nonetheless it is indicating that in the near future mughals will try to come to Rajputana! So you may have noticed when the snake fell, it created havoc, as does the presence of the mughals! And what happened- it was a chakravyu- because it was an encircled area where the horses were being kept. The horses resemble strength and power, we can liken them to warriors and the snake the enemy that causes a rift between them all, because they were all running in circles, till one broke the circle! I am guessing that horse may be Pratap's in the future?

Ok so it was smart of Pratap to stop the horse and not the snake because you have to regroup your own camp before going after the enemy!

Chasing the Eagle for the flag- ok so its a very symbolic scene because it happens in the middle of the desert, eventhough there are no deserts in mewar! but we will over look that for this, its foreshadowing that Pratap's fight will be solitary, without any support, because he lives in the jungles and fights the mughals, the desert is symbolic of the forest! and he only sees his enemy, his lakshya to get his land back, in this case its the flag of mewar! Its symbolic because he was able to secure most of mewar during his life time! We all saw him throw the kattar at the eagle, but he didnt kill it, he only got his flag back- symbolic of the fact that Pratap followed the principle of live and let live! He only took back what was his, his motherland, his rajputana!

Precap- ok I hated it, hated that DB was in the place of JB- ok so i will talk about that tomorrow, but its also symbolic! in the very first episode, JB was also waiting for Pratap to bring back flowers for his mother - JB or Jaywantabai. but post leap its DB who will receive the flowers for the puja as his mother once had! so when he was younger, he was surrounded by love, and his mother protected him, but now he is surrounded by enemies- in the house and outside, and his loved ones are not near him! DB waiting for the flowers shows that this innings of his life will be painful, and and not protected as DB doesnt mean well!

If you ask me, i wasnt too thrilled about the leap epi, but I am waiting to see Rachna as AJabdeh!

Mash'allah Rati. I love how you come up with analysis and symbolise stuff. You are simply mind-blowing!
Didn't watch the epi yet...but man, everyone at AT was making so much fun of the show tht I am going to watch it. 😆

Btw, I hope you don't mind me asking...what do u thought abut SM? Do you think he did justice to MP character? But then it's his first epi...he will better in the future!
