I think Painter is not in love ...neither with Anandi nor with his own creation Venus...Its all about his Obsession...Love and affection is a very soft feelings which never become aggressive...some timse its Shy ...sometimes its bold ...but it always generate Happiness within the person ...But here the reaction of Palash is just like very aggressive...even he did not try to know Anandi ...he just saw her and realize that she looks alike his creation he just drag the conclusion that she is her venus nothing else...not even tried to know the inner self of Anandi too...wheather she is good or bad????
It is obsession. Like I mentioned in my opening post, Palash is in love with an ideal and not a real person. He will be shattered when re realises that Anandi is completely different from the idea of Venus he carries in his head.
