The drive for the event wasn't as simple as Kalpi expected it to be... To her amusement Raghav wasn't flipping pages of some file and was listening to Ria's blabber patiently... Ria was taking full advantage of the time n sharing minutes of her life with her dad. Kalpi had glanced Raghav stealthily on hearing Ria's compliments on his looks... He was looking hot in his grey tuxedo with black shirt, tie and his pants matching with his tuxedo jacket. "Ur looks dint change in last 10 years...u can still gives tough competition to any youngster... but u r not my young Raghav anymore " She thought.
Though after that she has not even once turned her face to Raghav or Ria but she can feel him staring at her bare shoulders. ... His got gaze was churning something inside her heart.. The intense feel for which she had fell was returning and making her uncomfortable.. his unintentional touch was shivering her body and giving her Goosebumps.. and making her heart beat faster than ever.. From a long time she was longing for his touch but now when she is getting it.. she is finding it hard to control.. Little she knew was that the touch wasn't unintentional.
She moves to the side to avoid any further touch while Raghav understands the reason and controls himself from making her more uncomfortable.. Though he is unable to stop staring at her...It is like someone has spell bounded him to look at his pretty wife.. The lip gloss which she has applied was lurking him to taste it but his conscious mind and Ria's presence stops him from expressing his desire.. He composes himself and concentrates on Ria again.
The award function was as usual the formal one where Raghav was busy with the well known faces of the city... Kalpi who was sitting alone in the crowd.. Unlike Ria who was enjoying with her friendsand cheering her dad. The award was given to Raghav and his thank speech was smilar to the last one where he thanked his wife with whose support he achieved what he has dreamt and her daughter who is lucky for him. Kalpi smiled sarcastically seeing him holding the trophy.. "One more feather in his cap.. But he might lose his golden feather soon." She thought while remembering the divorce and custody issue. Suddenly the environment and the constant wishes makes her uncomfortable and she runs out of the hall and sits on the bench of garden while looking at stars.. Her eyes turned moist and the vision became blur when she heard someone calling her Kalpana.. Without turning back she wonders who it could be as she is not in habit of hearing Kalpana in such parties... her new and only identity outside her college was Mrs. Raghav Singhania... Once again she heard someone saying... "What r u searching Kalpana??"
"Myself" She said subconsciously.
"So u lost Kalpana after becoming Mrs Singhania" came the voice again.
Kalpana realizes what she uttered without knowing it and turn around to look at the owner of such beautiful and attractive voice. The man dint look stranger to her but she was not able to recognize him properly... "So u forgot me Miss Intelligent??" He asked while giving his powerful smile...
"Pk... it's u??"She asked. It was hard to recognize the handsome man standing in front of him but there was only one person who called her Miss intelligent n that was none other than her best friend Prem Kapoor.
"Yes.. it's me only. U took so much time to recognize me... Not fair yar. I thought u will never forget me." He complained.
"No one can recognize u in this look.. btw where is the fat gone.. The PK I knew wasn't dashing n sexy like u but the chubby n rollu pollu kid." She replied while remembering her childhood friend and the time she spent with him.
They sit there on the bench and starts reminiscing their old days when one photographer came to click photo mrs Singhania with another man. Kalpi becomes conscious and invites him to the party but he apologizes for not being able to as he has to serve some previous commitments.. He invites her for the lunch in her fav restaurant which wasn't far from her college and she agreed happily. She turns to enter the hall again when she notices Raghav coming out of the hall with reporters surrounding him. "Where is Ria" She thought.. when she saw Raghav holding Ria's hand lovingly and saving her from the crowd. She sighed relief on realizing that Raghav still cares about Ria.
"No more questions please... u all r invited to the party.. n I promise u to give my byte there." Kalpi heard Raghav saying this while sitting into the car. The drive back was exactly what she expected from Raghav. He was busy in attending the congratulation calls while Ria was looking at him with the hope that he will listen to her in the same way he did while coming to the venue. The disappointment in the Ria's eyes made Kalpi understand that she can't sit silent now and she starts conversing with Ria in a chirpy manner... They soon forget that Raghav is in the car too... unaware of the fact that Raghav was stealing glances at them while talking.

The guests were already received by Gauri and Pakhi who was wearing a golden beaded knee length sleeveless sheath dress with round collar... Rag gives her an angry glare on seeing her short dress which she avoids... Kalpi notices his anger unknowingly keeps her palm on his arm to convey him not to get angry.. He gives her an assuring look and gives her a pleasant smile.. She takes off her hand on realizing it.

Neha welcomes the guest on behalf of Sighania family... She congratulates Raghav once again and calls him to cut the 5 tier cake.. Raghav and Ria feeds cake to each other while both passing the knowing smile to each other.
The party starts in the full swing.. Kids were guided to the garden area which was specially decorated for them with their songs and teddies.. while adults were enjoying in the house with DJ. Neha calls everyone on the dance floor including RagNa... Raghav offers his hand to her.. she hesitates but holds it on seeing the atmosphere around her.. She doesn't want to create a scene here. Raghav gently takes her to the dancing floor and they starts grooving on "Tum hi ho". Light dims down and atmosphere turns romantic.
Kalpi feels awkward around him.. but he promises himself to make her fall in love once again. He pulls her closer and traces his palm on her arms.. She feels like some current is passing through his body and shaking her to the core... He twirls her around and she remembers the first time they danced on the farewell party where they danced as if no one was watching them.. He keeps his one hand on her bare shoulder and another on the slim waste.. making her dance on the music. She feels the warmth of his touch and her body starts losing the control.. His touch was like someone pouring hot water on her cold body..She closes her eyes and holds his waist... he traces his fingers on his ears.. n she hears the giggles they used to share on the bed.. and him whispering I love u.. his fingers proceeds to her cheeks and it turned bloody red..The touch on eye reminds her the time when she has looked him for the first time. His fingers on the lips reminds her the first passionate kiss she shared with him.. He pulls her more closer... their body rubbing each other.. She tightens her grip on his back.. He kisses her on the cheek.. Her body shivers and Goosebumps appear on it. "Stop Kalpi" her mind said but her body lost the control and she stood still not knowing what to do..Raghav leans towards her to kiss her but she pushes him back and turns around.. he holds her wrist and turns her towards him... Her body aching strangely and she wants to hug Raghav tightly..He kisses her on the forehead and then cheeks... They look into each other's eyes... kalpi finds the pure love in his eyes but he find guilt, anger in her eyes along with the desires of a woman who was not touched by a man from a longer time... The guilt of not being able to control her feelings and anger towards Raghav.. He lowers his gaze and loosens his grip on her..Giving her a opportunity to decide what she wants... She stays there for few seconds and then runs away from him with tears in her eyes, when she bumps into someone.. She was about to fell when some strong hands hold her.. She lifts her head up to see who he is and gets pleasantly surprised on seeing her father... She hugs him immediately but he jerks her off. She meets her mother who has started behaving normally with her after Raghav's success though her mother's love was not in her destiny. Raghav welcomes them and tells them to make themselves comfortable. Kamla replies with a smile while Vitthal avoids him as well. Kalpi wonders why her father is here but convinces herself saying her mother has brought him here as she wants to be in good book of Raghav now. Her eyes start searching someone among the crowd. "She must be around" her heart said.. "may be she dint come.. "she convinced herself. she sighs relief on not finding anywhere. When she sees crowd on the entrance.. Now she knows that it's her only... She tries to find her in the group of reporters and gets uneasy on seeing her. "How can I think that Maya won't come." She looks at her pretty sister who was wearing off shoulder red silk evening gown. "Beautiful she is... No wonder any man can fall for her." She thought. Sudden a mark of pain came on her forehead which she changed into smile once again and turns around to leave the hall when Gauri stops her saying.. this party is hers and she have to stay here. She tries to argue but Gauri don't want to hear anything.
"I know why u want to run away from here." Gauri said. She is shocked to hear it.. Is the secret she is trying to hide from all is going to open now? The thought scared her. Her reply to Gauri was the silence but a mother in Gaur notices the tears forming in her eyes.. she continues in a stern voice avoiding reflecting any emotion... "I know how close u n Maya r n I know Maya will not leave u without knowing the true reason of divorce that's y u want to avoid meeting her... but this party is more imp than ur personal issues so stay here. "
Kalpi nods her head in affirmative while her head is spinning in the past. She remembers Maya telling her not to divorce Raghav as he still loves her.. She controls her tears which were ready fell down n starts meeting the guests with fake plastic smile.. Her father was observing her secretly while her mother was passing comments on her for divorcing such a nice hubby.. She who was passing by them smiled sarcastically. She looks at Raghav and Maya who were answering media.
"Sir... u have never shared ur success story with anyone.. As everyone knows that u r a self made man so will u mind sharing ur journey with us??" A reporter asked.
