Based on this pic, I don't think a switch is happening. Because the bandage is still on, Sanam's hairstyle is different than Seher's and above all, I think cvs know that viewers are predicting a switch so they can do something totally different.

Oh darn I didn't think about that. I really just want this Billi track to be over at this point. Her games are just getting so repetitive and boring. They're not even suspenseful anymore. They're just annoying to have to watch.
