Maybe Hassan does not die in the episode but recovers from the poisoning. Jodha however will be more than convinced that someone is intentionally trying to harm the children and therefore she asks that Ruks returns Hussein so that she can better able care for them and protect them from danger. Ruks however will try to refuse the request as she thinks that since Hassan was poisoned and he will therefore not have long again to live and Hussein will then become the heir making her MUZ. She however will be forced to return the child.

What do you guys thinks???

I'm still not convinced that he died...in the other precap of Jalal asking Ruk to return the baby...jodha and jalal don't look as if they just lost a child...plus she still had on all her jewellery and make up...that's not how a grieving mother looks...especially on this show!!!
