Rehan-Seher -3rd Oct- From the ashes of the past, a phoenix shall rise

So I am still reeling from what just happened.

There was some spoiler abt a SeHan date after which Seher will push Rehan away because of her past ... and what not cliched half-baked stuff 😆

Ill admit i WAS looking forward to a SeHan date, however cheesy it may be ...
But what just happened today was sooo much better than any cutesy date could have been. Brilliant script and direction




As much as Seher felt for him ... no ... correction .. BECAUSE of how much Seher likes and feels for Rehan , I dont think she could ever bring herself to own up to her past in front of him by herself. I know she had this conversation with Bappa and all ... but I am pretty sure she'd have back-pedalled at the slightest indication that Rehan might reject her once he gets to know her truth.. She loves him too much to risk losing him like that.

But yeh bhi hai hai they couldn't have started a relationship based on a lie ... like she admitted it to herself.

So what now for Rehan and Seher ? They could forever be in a limbo where Rehaan moons after her and she has to keep pushing him away despite her feelings ... now THAT would suck wouldn't it. I say what has happened ... is he best thing that could've haven't for these two.

Seher needed to be pushed over the threshold in the manner that she was, for her to finally face the truth ... for her sake and for Rehaan's. Because all she did her life was run. Run from the truth, run from commitment, run from life, run from the police. For the first time ... she has to fight ... to stay ... and I think this revelation needed to happen the way it did. Because some bridges u need to burn in order to move on once and for all . And being the ever resilient fighter that Seher Ahmed Khan is ... I am pretty she isn't going to give up on Rehan just because he found out abt her past from a few vengeful foes from her past and is resentful of her now.

Knowing Seher, she will make every effort to start over with Rehan, from scratch. Block by block, brick by brick. Because for Seher Ahmed Khan , just like her mother Zoya Ahmed Khan, tomorrow is a new day. And tomorrow brings brand new hope for brand new beginnings.

So Here's to tomorrow. Here's to the phoenix of the future rising from the ashes of her past. Here's to a new start for Rehan and Seher.

Wonderful post

I really liked their scene today :) It had something. I wasn't liking their story till now, couldn't just connect. But today's revelations brought something to my interest. That was such a good scene.

I agree seher herself wanted to reveal truth to Rehan as she knows relationships can't be built in lies. But equally she was scared what if because of that she lose Rehan? Can't blame her too. Rehan was the first person who gave her care, concern. Protection. Affection & love. So it's natural that you don't want to lose them. Now that sunheri has died & seher is going to reborn. I agree this is the starting of seher & Rehan. Upto now there was no seher she was sunheri. That name itself is a lie. She was away from her identity, family, reality. Now that soon she is going to get back. She is going to fight. For her family & for herself. May be her self loathing won't allows her to go back to Rehan or may be she will try to heal the wounds made by her in rehans heart. We have to wait & see. Any ways it will be a treat to watch her transmission from sunheri to seher. Seher Ahmed khan is born today.

Perfectly put Uma ... this whole thing needed to happen for Sunehri to go away ... and for Seher to come to the forefront.
They needed to start from scratch and this will make for the perfect clean slate

Plus because of the acting. Shehzad has improved like SO much. Surbhi's portrayal from shocked, ashamed to guilty, was really good to watch.

Plus I am a sucker for hurt and pain, without it, its just plain.

I cant help but be amazed at how Surbhi BECOMES Sunehri ... and Shehzad's Rehan and his angst ... it was all so VICSERAL, it just touch something in there. I am a die hard romnatic and SeHan's unicorns and rainbow romance was all very good .. but what happened today made them more HUMAN. Like they were actual ppl with real feelings. And THAT is better than fairytale romance anyday. Sucker for the dark and angsty, yessir I am !!

I could literally feel Seher backtracking on her promise to reveal Rehan the truth because of his proposal. She hasn't seen any love in her life n Rehan proposing to her like that was very special. She wouldn't have ruined it by telling him the truth. I thought she was gonna pull away but then the revelation came which, honestly, for the best.

I really hope she stays and fights to earn his trust again. But i have this feeling that Razia will find her next week and take her under her wing...maybe take her to the Ibrahim Mansion. In that case, I would want rehan to come back too which seems highly unlikely.

Kudos to Shahzad and Surbhi! The way they delivered their dialogues and emotions was mindblowing. This was undoubtedly Rehaan and Seher's most intense scene.

I could not watch epi but seems like a dhamaka episode. it was always sure that sunehris truth will be a test for SeHan love story now let's see how the will pass this test.

That sounds like slow 3rd degree kinda torture for both of them. Seher would be too guilty and that would lead to the whole pushing away thing which would lead to Rehaan being confused and clueless which would ultimately cause CHOAS!
