kizh, ya, khushi did want to "move on" as they say and she said as much to dm... that little meeting at the door, her with her smile and gift, he with his frown and clever mind, both trying not to look at something. gives dhakdhak.

Episode-282

Khushi tells Mami to rely on her. She soon will find Arnav. Mami also avows that she will not rest until she finds Arnav. Mami's words make Khushi more despondent. NK tries to comfort her to see her crestfallen face. He tells her to wait in his room, till he finds out what Shyam does with his laptop.

NK furtively sees that Shyam is taking his pen drive and putting in his laptop. NK scurries fast to his room and sits in front of his laptop with Khushi. khushi asks him what Shyam did that make him to check right the matter right now! NK explains Khushi what he did; he arranged a tiny camera from a friend who works for a secret service and he set it cleverly in shyam's room and fixed a camera with his laptop too. So whatever Shyam will see in his laptop, he also can see it in his laptop.

pause : It's good thing NK did. But why cvs forgot this completely. why they didn't use this video clipping when shyam was putting filthy accusation on Khushi!

NK and Khushi both hear that Shyam is saying "I love you Khushi" as password to open the pen drive. NK is stupefied; it takes a little time for him to digest it. When the realization strikes him, he asks Khushi, what is all this? Khushi can't look in his face, tries to veer her look in some other direction. But they can't continue to talk about this matter further, as they hear the pen drive also is asking for voice authorization. And Shyam says with lustful voice, "I love you Khushi."

As soon as he opens his file, Mami interrupts him, so he has to shuts his laptop.

NK and Khushi get frustrated, Mami spoilt everything. Mami asks Shyam what Arnav sent for him from Scotland. She is still thinking if Arnav is in the hostage then how he got gift for them!.

Mami actually came to check if she finds any clue from the gifts. Shyam is confused why she needs to see his gift? Mami says, she is looking what gift Arnav sent for whom. .

After knowing about Shyam's perverted thought, NK resents and abhors so much that he now wants to know about Shyam's intention. Why did he say he loves Khushi. Her eyes flinch as if that question has struck her physically and her heart slams painfully against her ribcage. She doesn't want to talk about this matter, it's intolerable, how he talks and behaves with her. She is just quite because of Anjali. Or what else she can do. NK's eyes blaze as suppressed anger erupt inside him like lava; right now he wants to go to the police to make him arrested. He abominates him so much, that he can't let such filthy man lives in this house ay more.

Bravo man, what ASR couldn't do you wanted to do. ASR let him in his parapet after knowing his filthy mind. He actually harbored a venomous snake inside his house.

" No, never." NK says desperately, his voice pulsating menacingly

He intends to go. But Khushi bridles him right then, she can understand his feelings and she also abhors him to the core. Whatever difference happened between her and Arnav was just because of him.

"I also want his secret to be revealed. But right now the most important thing is to find out Arnavji."

NK adds, there is only one way to reach to Arnav and that is to open his pen drive. Or to open his pen drive they need Shyam's password in his voice. Khushi knows how she can make himself say the password from his mouth. NK refutes, he can't let Khushi to do such thing. Shyam is a sick man; he just can't let him play with Khushi. Khushi thinks there is no option beside this. in spite of her rancor and abhorrence she has to do it to enmesh him, so that she can reach to Arnav.

The voice is not clear from the camera what NK set in his room. She has to make him say I love you any how. She clutches her suits with her fist in embroilment.

Payal washes away the Chameli tel from her hair. Akash calls her and says sorry for leaving early because of the smell of Chameli tel. Payal says it's OK. Akash asks her if she wants to accompany him in today's official dinner! Payal agrees instantly as she wants to make up the earlier miscommunication. But this time she will not follow any of bua's instruction. She will do the things in her way.

She goes through a magazine and when she sees a pic of stiletto, she thinks to buy it to wear in the dinner.

When Shyam was talking to Anjali on the phone, Khushi intentionally passes beside his room to grab his attention. She is holding the gift what came from the kidnappers. Shyam follows her to see her sad face. She comes to her room and shuts the door. NK is watching them surreptitiously.

Khushi is crying and starts her acting.

"I can't tolerate more, I will turn insane."

Shyam tries to comfort her; he can't see her upset like this.

Khushi feigns resentment, what these kidnappers want now? Why they sent her gifts? She throws the gift on the chaise lounge. She doesn't notice the restaurant bill yet what is peeping from the gift wrap. She is livid thinking as if Arnav has sent gift for her, as if Arnav wants to be nice with her, when she is completely alone.

She sits down on the bed. Shyam also sits beside her. He tells her, she was not alone, now or will be alone ever. He is always with her.

His close proximity creates clamor in her heart, but she has to do it. Khushi anticipates that he can utter those words now, so she grabs her phone to record. She continues, she doesn't have anybody, nobody who can support her or whom she can tell the truth. Or anybody who can understands her.

NK is waiting with bated breath; he wants him to say those words fast, so that Khushi can escape from him soon.

Shyam says with confidence that until, he is alive she is not alone. She must not say it again ever.

Khushi asks him, whatever he was saying other day, is true, that Arnav only gave her pain, but he.

Shyam assents with enthusiasm, "Humane serf apse Pyaar Kya khushiji. Khushi cringes with abhorrence inwardly; she shuts her eyes in pique. She is feeling so infernal that clutches her phone tight to thwart her despise .Shyam holds her chin, and says, "I love you Khushi."

NK smiles in exultance. He is now optimistic that they will sure endeavor; their mission is going to be successful.

Shyam says in lusty voice, that he always loved her from the bottom of his heart. He wishes if she would've been his love from the beginning! Khushi can't sit with this pervert man any more and can hear his filthy words and share his wicked thoughts. As her work also is done, there is no need to sit with this fiend. So she stands up quickly, tells him, that she needs some time to think, can he leave her alone for some times? She has to think about this matter, him and her.

Shyam also wants her to think peacefully.

"I love you like crazy and you mustn't feel lonely, till I am alive."

When Shyam leaves Khushi breaks down completely, she cries redundantly, to release suppressed her pain.

Episode-283

Anjali is flabbergasted to see Shyam coming out from Arnav and khushi's room. When she asks Shyam what he was doing in chottey's room, Shyam says that he was searching his mobile. Anjali is surprised, how his phone can go to his room. He says he was looking everywhere.

Khushi is crying incessantly. NK plays the recording. She is feeling disgusted for being so close to Shyam. NK tries to comfort her to be optimistic, tell her to look at the brighter side. They needed the recording and that's it. And it's over now. But Khushi is so upset that can't accept that the guy touched her and she couldn't oppose it. He let the person touch her whom she hates so much.

"Aisa lagraha hai jaisa. Jaise," khushi even can't utter how disgusted she is feeling right now.

Poor girl for the sake of her love, stooped so low! But her dignity is not more important than her Arnavji's life.

"Whatever you had to do for Arnav, you did...NK again tries to assuage her. Khushi says she needs to get the pendant again and NK needs to take off the camera from his room.

NK is going there to take it out and tells khushi to wait in his room.

Shyam is trying to give all the lame excuses to make Anjali understand, why he went to khushi's room. Suddenly Anjali's eyes go to the new locket what he is wearing. He says her that khushi went to temple and brought Raksha dhaga for every one. It certainly makes anjali more incredulous.

Shyam goes to search his phone in his room. Anjali seems not so convinced with his answer. When she was immersed in thought, khushi scurries out from her room is haste and she bumps with Anjali. she apologizes to her cordially. But Anjali looks a bit annoyed on her. She tells her to watch out while walking.

"Why do we should do such thing, for what we have to apologize?"

Anjali leaves making khushi upset more. Anjali sarcastically accused Khushi for doing unethical thing. So she suspected that Khushi and Shyam had some kind of involvement. So the molehill of suspicion has started to build inside her!

Khushi and NK sit in front of the laptop to open shyam's pen drive. When she plays the recording, "I love you Khushi", she dithers. With her eyes filled with hurt and humiliation, she seems perilously close to tears. Gazing at her hurt and anxious face NK's heart softens with tenderness. So to alleviate her mood he reveals the secret of him calling Arnav Nannav. When Arnav was small, he couldn't utter his name properly. Rather saying Arnav he used to say Nannav. And his Nannav name became popular. But when he grew up and perfectly could pronounce his name, everybody started calling him Arnav, except him, just to irritate him. So to tease him more he started to call him, Nannav mere bhai.

Khushi smiles to hear such cute story of her darling husband. She sure can't believe that her serious man was a regular kid once! And NK gets jovial to see smile on her face,

"Now you are looking like typical Khushi, always smiling. Remain like this forever."

They concentrate on the laptop and they find the will what Shyam made in his name. They also see the signature of Arnav on the bottom. They are aghast why Arnav made such will where he gave all his property in the name of Shyam! their anger towards him comes back with augmented intensity.

Khushi remembers the papers where Shyam compelled her to take sign from Arnav. She checks her phone, where she saved the pic of that paper. This is the same paper. But khushi still remember this was not the papers what she read before taking Arnav's sign. She is sure now that Shyam exchanged the paper by treachery. Khushi is cursing herself, that because of her foolishness and faux pass, Arnav is in such condition. She should read those papers again, before taking Arnav's signature. Her heart squeezes with sudden realization as her face blanches and her eyes turn murky with unadulterated grief. NK tries to pacify her, that it's not her fault. But khushi is so upset that nothing can abate her repentance.

Payal comes to the party wearing the new stilettos what she brought. But she is tottering so much that can't even give a step properly. Akash gets mad at her. Why she is wearing such thing what is not comfortable for her. Payal says she wore it for him. Akash enrages more, he didn't tell her to wear heels and falls here and there.

"I now can understands why you put Kajal , Chameli Ka tel, kajra and all that. My work load is more as bhai is not here or moreover you are troubling me like this!"

Payal retorts back this time. She tells him not to worry then. Akash looks annoyed, he tells her to take off her sandal right now and go back to home.

pause: I didn't get it why suddenly cvs wanted Payal to seduce akash! He was busy with work, but he was not having any extra marital affair or he was not even ignore Payal. Payal had been suffering from low self esteem, but she was never a dolt. Is this the same Payal who literally rebuked Arnav for the guest house incident. How determined she was not to agree Akash's proposal to marry her. How can i forgive cvs for butchering such an important character!

In front of DM Khushi is crying in contrition. She had a moment of realization, which left a wave of bitter, self recriminatory anger in its wake. Unable to surmise the divulge of guilty feelings gnawing at her heart, she recollects how she took Arnav's signature on the paper. She is asking DM for her forgiveness. She shouldn't do such thing, she became selfish. To prove her innocence to Arnav she dealt with Shyam. She didn't anticipate, it can have a bad affect on Arnav's life. A fierce conflict between her heart and mind flows in the murky depth of her eyes. Now she doesn't need to prove anything to him. Whatever Arnav thinks of her, she will accept, but she can't accept that his life is in danger today. And she is responsible for all this.

Suddenly she feels a strong surge of strength inside her. A sense of serendipity washes across her heart. The guilt, the sane voice what was gnawing at her heart, with all her might returns with a vengeance, with the suddenness, the power and the impact of a thunderclap. Her forced reasoning and justification fell apart and she promises to take the bull by the horn; her quenchable positivity and courage determine to fight against Shyam. She will not let anything bad happen to Arnav. It happened because her dm was not with her. And now as her dm is with her, everything will be fine.

She feels a hand on her shoulder. It's NK who came to support her again. He also says with her that everything will be fine now. He tells her that he put back the pen drive in Shyam's room. He asks her what will be their next step? Khushi and NK both prays a supplication to the dm to give them strength for their next step.

NK again amused me with his principal and good heart. Khushi is blessed to have such a genuine friend in her life, who I believe will be with her for eternity.

In the warehouse rocky is scared not to find Arnav there. He vehemently removes the boxes and finally finds Arnav standing behind the boxes.

"What happened, you already sacred so much! When I'll flee from this place, what will happen?"...Arnav says in a perfunctory manner, as if he is confident that he is going out from this place soon. Rocky points the gun towards him in fear. Arnav continues,

"Tell your boss and companions that tomorrow before the sunset I will go out of this place. " he gives him a sardonic smile.

yupi, Movie shooting is over and he was ready to come back to his Khushi and to rock us as well. that's why his confidence and valiance also came back. He was not groggy and emaciated any more. Or moreover looking fresh and glowing. By the way, as they allowed him to shave why didn't they provide fresh clothes?😆

Shyam comes by the poolside for a rendezvous with Khushi. Khushi again prays to dm to give her strength to face the devil. Shyam asks her why she called him so early in the morning. Khushi starts, she and he both know well why Arnav married her. Now he has to do something for her. Shyam says meekly that he is eager to do whatever she asks for. Khushi refutes,

"you are lying. Not now, but you have been lying to me from the beginning. How cum I forget that you are a married man."

On the other hand, Mami is also ready for her investigation. What if her foot got a sprain! Finding her arnav bitua is more important now.

Aww mami! I forget all my grudge towards you when I see this genuine love for my man.

She checks all her investigation material, dressed in her track pant and goes for her mission.

Shyam says Khushi that he is ready to do anything for her. She just needs to tell him what to do. Khushi tells him how much property of Arnav they take from him, it will not affect him until they give his Di...she is having difficulty to say it. How can she even utter to harm her Arnavji who is more precious than her life!

Clever Shyam understand what she meant and says that does she want him to divorce Anjali?

Khushi shuts her eyes in embroilment. Sher controls her emotions and turns back, tells him that there is no better way to demolish Arnav's pride.

Episode 293

House of Pain

lovely title and sad.

The relationship between a brother and a sister is a very special one; she mothers her brother and he protects her from any harm. But something has happened that has deeply scarred Anjali and she wants to be left alone. She doesn't want his protection.

How can all this be happening? How could her perfect life just smash to smithereens?

He places Khushi in bed to sleep after the ordeal. Her cheek leaning on his hand, the hand that protected her and brought her out of harm's way; the hand that held her lifeless body as she lay in his arms. The hand that tried to revive her, his hands. The hands of the man she loves. beautiful.

When he leaves her she knows and she watches this pained man walk out of the room.

The house is in turmoil, saddened by the events of the day, even Payal and Akash's relationship has been affected. (Stupid in my POV but actors begging for more screen time, but I didn't care about them at this point. It was sad because the CV's could have created a broader storyline with these young, shy lovers and then I might have been more interested). abs true, sir. what nonsense they veered off to and missed a lovely opportunity.

He walks around not knowing what to do. He feels helpless. I am sure he is wandering around his house emoting with the energy of sadness, wondering how can he make things better. that aimless walk was so real and telling of helplessness.. to see asr in that state, aargh.

His sister in his thoughts; the one who has always been there for him, the one who knows him, who heard his first words, who he can tell anything to? But she is not ready now to see him or even speak to him. He recalls all that she has ever said to him, she has tied Rakhi to him so lovingly, she is the one who reminded him after her accident how important it was to tell the person who means anything to you that you love them, he remembers their relationship. His heart hurts and Khushi is right there. She hesitantly walks down the stairs, looking quite ethereal in white, and sits beside him placing her hand on his "brokened" shoulder. She feels his pain and reassures him with no words, resting her head on his shoulder and she caresses his arm. She looks up almost looking for confirmation...is this okay? Are you okay? His eyes answer her with a blinking nod and he places his hand upon her. It is only then she rests her head against his shoulder again.

The couple, sitting there silently in support of each other, is in great pain.

Anjali is laying on her bed weeping as she recalls her husband's disgrace. Naniji is watching and it hurts her to see her granddaughter in pain but then she notices Anjali closing her eyes as if she is sleeping and she sees Khushi come to Di's room. Anjali had heard her footsteps and feigned sleeping. Khushi says that it is good she is resting and shows her concern for not being well.

*This scene was so sad to me. Khushi who loves Di, as much as Arnav is being punished because of Shyam and Anjali's blinded love.

Naniji sees Anjali's ploy and her pain. She brings Khushi to Arnav. She wants to speak to them. They are in Nani's room and she tells them she just doesn't believe what has happened. Shyam has always taken care of the well being of the family and Anjali. The whole family is puzzled and confused by the events of the day. So many allegations she just doesn't understand. With a firm hand on her knee, Arnav states that he has no doubt. He has known Shyam's real face for a long time now. Since Akash got married, he says looking at Khushi, "since he got married to Khushi," his eyes filled with remorse. He knew then Shyam was a filthy man. The screen replays the terrace scene. He continues, that he misconstrued someone and it was the biggest mistake of his life not trusting Khushi. His eyes filled with remorse, Khushi's filled with guilt... a guilt for an act that she had no control of. Arnav explains more to Nani who is still in disbelief and again he says he misconstrued and had mistaken Khushi for being with Shyam. Again he repeats a very big mistake on his part. Nani starts to cry and Khushi reaches out to her with tears of guilt in her eyes. Anjali has gone through so much and now he has broken her heart. What if all this affects the unborn child? They must give her a chance to recover from this trauma for however long it takes. Nani tells Khushi to stay away from Anjali as not to remind her of this terrible tragedy. Khushi agrees to stay away from Anjali.

The next morning Arnav comes to Di's room with breakfast and starts a poem they use to say to each other when they fought, "Sweeter than toffee and more sour than tamarind, my dear sister is a bit sour and sweet," but Anjali doesn't go along with it. He continues, "My brother is very rude, he hurts his sister..." and she remembers the rest he is my short tempered yet sweet brother,' but doesn't chime in.

She won't eat from his hand. He places the tray on the table frustrated and his phone rings. He answers the phone and walks out the door. (Not a good move when you are trying to make someone feel better!) teehee, but that is asr... just can't over do the sweetness, love thsi slightly insensitive brute hyuk. i feel happy for him when he works... no sadness in him then, only the out there, tough smart cool deal making asr.

Khushi comes into their room with a tray and Arnav's medicine and a glass of water on it. He is at poolside doing business. He looks at her as she takes out his medicine. He quietly says that he must go to the office for a while, he doesn't want to since of the situation at home but he has to and will be back in 30 minutes. He looks at Khushi who really does look saddened as well by this situation and he walks to her asking is she okay? I love his concern for her as well as Di. He knows she is hurting too. And she responds back she is fine but him? She asks him how can he take care of Di if he doesn't take care of himself? He responds that his sister hasn't eaten yet and she reminds him that he must be in top shape to take care of his sister. She knows he too hasn't eaten yet and she won't let him go to the office unless he takes his medicine. She hands it to him with the glass of water. He takes it and what ensues is one of the cutest scenes I will remember about IPK.

She takes the tray and tries to leave going first to the right and then to the left only to accidentally run into the apologetic Arnav but then her mischievous husband okay, bury me right here, samjhi tum! plays a game with her and blocks her way, swaying in the direction of every step she takes, blocking her. He looks at her with his infamous lopsided grin. She looks up at him and realizes his play, in embarrassment her hooded eyes slightly look away and a slight grin escapes from her lips.

I bet her heart that stopped beating just the day before is beating a mile a minute now.

The beauty of this love story has always been how it didn't feel repulsive when both of them are falling for each other.. she falling for a guy she is trying to get married with her friend and he having a living GF. As acentric as these two are there is an underlying purity ...lavanya exactly understood the same...

Khushi stuffing samosa in absolute disbelief at the thought a man and a woman can be together without nuptials, or even he being most genuine and never really making any false promises to La about what he wants from this relationship...

Kizh, I did think khushi was meddling. Yes Anjali did ask her to help La become ideal bahu.. but she was never really asked to coax/ trick asr into marriage. It was an absolute overboard when she made La sit up on his bed dressed as a bride.. intrusion at its worst... ofcourse that leads to one of the most intense fights between these two.. ...security.. he yelled... I have to run and watch it...

Its unbelievable truly how intricately this love story has been woven for those initial months...not a single bit about these two out of place..

That door scene you guys are talking didn't actually work for me..😕..something not right.. action/ direction... he looked lost actually almost indifferent...and Khushi's dressing for that event was distracting enough not to notice anything else..sorry..

i still don't know how.

khushi and that dulhan on bed thing... i think i have raved about it earlier. extremely interfering. and also what she tells him in the car about marriage and morals when he has to scream how dare you, i was totally with the man on this one. when she lectures him on marriage, i did fall for her words and her conviction and i also fell for his seething anger and drag pull haul... only to fall to pieces at the sight of her tears.

ipk always had something grownup and complex. she was not always correct nor really truly understanding, he was of course wild... and yet and yet.

i really liked the fact that she had her flaws. a bit of self awareness at some point would have been nice...

i also think she tried to persuade la because she cared for her and the family in her own way and of course, her she was sure her view on the issue was the correct one...

you didn't like the door scene? i did, funny feelings there... i was slightly lost in that whole thing.

It came as a surprise how good the episode was. And it also came as a surprise how sad I felt seeing Shantivan get shrouded in silence with ashanti seeping through. nice word, rhea.

Our hero was back. For almost three episodes there was high voltage drama. Shyam with his insults and insinuations, Anjali with her delusions, NK with his wide eyed innocence, mamiji with her preconceived notions, Payal after a long time fearless and taking a stand, Akash clueless as usual, sadly true nani watchful and mindful of tragedy. There was Khushi looking beautiful and tragic, speaking her mind, fighting to prove herself right, intensely human in these episodes. And there was ASR still in his ragged filthy torn vest and trouser combo that time and again reminds me of a fashion disaster. But he looked completely hot and at home in it, specailly when he slapped Shyam. Twice. Once for each of the women paramount to his existence.

The episode started with ASR grabbing Shyam's collar and dragging him to the front door. Literally, and not just figuratively, throwing him out. For close to three episode the hero who can't stand drama or anything even remotely galat was shown doing nothing. how bizarre it must have been for asr. Now perhaps Barun is back to shoot full time or perhaps ASR has put his foot down and refuses to remain silent any longer. He has listened fairly and given everyone a chance to speak. It is time to do what he knows to be right. He denounces the unfaithful husband, declares he trusts Khushi and closes the shuts the on Shyam's face.

Anjali almost withers away in shock and denial while ASR rests his frame on the closed doorway, head bent. It has been a never ending ordeal. One that started much before the three episodes of unendurable silence, also before the days of kidnap. It had started the day a smiling hopeful man, in love for the very first time, had reached the terrace. so right you are and a wonderful reminder of exactly how long thsi chaos has been churning and riving and draining him... her.

To tell her wo baat.. because bas karni thi.. and instead he had seen his love in the arms of his sister's husband. The man whose judgement he had respected. And the man whom he trusted enough to let his di marry him.

But ASR is back in this episode. Minimum fuss well said. 👏 👏 a key trait.,.. that matter of factness and that simple bold go and get it done attitude. hates melodrama. he is really not from a hindi serial. and the depraved man who has hurt both di and Khushi has been removed from sight.

I cannot explain why the police weren't call. Could be to save di further pain. Could be that ASR wanted to deal with this thing as fast as possible and move on to more fruitful tasks, like making sure di is fine. Could be the story writers needed to leave a loophole to get the villain back if they needed it. most likely the reason, otherwise do you see asr just letting the guy who tied khushi and left her on a road to be run over go that easily. Could be that ASR was too impatient to change, maybe finally have a cup of coffee and rest, to waste breath on a depraved Shyam.

On a serious note. I love how straightforward ASR is. abs beauty in it. "Di I am sorry, janta hun aapko bahut takleef ho rahi hai, but I trust khuhsi". His watchful intelligent eyes focus right towards his di. The one most affected by this revelation. I sometimes forget how young he is. How calmly he states he believes the veracity in Khushi. All those tears and accusations all around and here comes the firm statement. He know Khushi is speaking the truth. And I am very happy he does not explain more. It might have made it easier for others in the house to negate Shyam's allegations against Khushi if ASr divulged more details or laid forth more connections. However, even elaborating on Khushi's behaviour means there is a possibility that she has to be proven right. It appeals to me more that he takes it as a fact, no proof needed and no explanations given to prove it.

Di sways to fall. Not surprising that her chote is the first to react. Agile, alive as he sprints to her and catches her on time. A few days later as she will roll down steps he will sadly be too late. In tears the family crowds around an unconscious Anjali.

She opens her eyes and moves to sit up. And thus begin the scenes that move me to tears on every watch. Her hand stops her chote from providing her support. He understands and in this moment whom does his eyes turn to? Khushi. She is right there for him. Has noticed the way di distanced herself from him. Anjali looks completely in shock. Hurting acutely. In fact so much that she is almost in trauma. But even now my eyes are on ASR. How does Barun make me experience a wretched helplessness in ASR's silence and in his haunted tormented eye?

This is completely my point of view. But there are times when shielding someone from the truth is more detrimental than being a little strict and letting him face it. Mami, Akash even nani want to protect Anjali. In fact they all have forgotten that Arnav Singh Raizada has just returned freeing himself from his kidnappers, so wrapped up are they in the daughter of the house. But her much younger brother knows it is best to talk about what happened. She deserves to know and however tough it maybe, he will explain. as far as attitude to facing reality goes and dealing with it, i identify entirely with asr. he is a contemporary, urban, individual voice always as opposed to the group oriented traditional voice rooted in yesterday i hear from the rest, even khushi... he is right, anjali must be made to understand. as for how asr is treated... pathetic and sad. yet maybe telling of what we do with those we depend on and perceive to be strong. we perhaps don't want to see them as down and out or needing anything, because that disturbs a balance our inner sense of peace rests on... if the main pillar, the provider becomes needy in any way, how will we cope? who will take care of us? i think of my grandfather, working steadily till the age of 79... the big banyan tree like head of family, everyone's every need every desire and whim to be taken care of. and so so little he asked for... so very little most people gave him... astounding man. extraordinary grace. and yet, nani... i thought nani had more love in her than this for her chhotey.

When nani asks for details, with disarming earnestness and respect ASR agrees... "jee nani". He will bear the brunt of the showdown and his decision. And though he looks dead tired, he will continue to fulfill each one of his responsibilities. But first he needs to talk to di.. "Please".. That "please" had me sobbing.

Everyone leaves, but a forlorn and extremely worried Khushi hesitates. I do empathize with her. Her biggest fear was what would happen to Arnavji and more importantly Anjali after knowing the man Anjali kept on a pedestal and worshiped was in reality the complete opposite.. twisted and depraved. That was the fear that had stopped Khushi of speaking of it when she had come to expose Shyam after she found his identity. Wish she had spoken of it then. Now not only is she instrumental in barring him from Shantivan, but before that happened he has also managed to deeply poison everyone against Khushi. Khushi, who needs everyone to be happy around her and with her, must feel awful to be the bone of contention.

ASR and Khushi steal my heart again. His gentle gesture for her to leave. He is aware of everyone's state and is taking utmost care. And with khushi there is a sense of right, his wife. They have just returned from that cliff after all! All other relations have some amount of formality, but with khushi he can be himself completely and unguardedly. She understands and leaves. I whimper some more. my poor asr, first all the weepy relatives... khsuhi too so sad, now whimpering rhea... hello hi..

Very nice dialogues in the scene that follow. He could not hide the truth any longer. And he told the truth, however painful, for the sake of his di and her unborn child. It must be one of the hardest acts, to know whatever you do, the one you love has to suffer nonetheless. The attention to detail. "isliye"..pause.."Shyam ko ghar se nikalne". No longer jeejaji, he is Shyam. His hesitation in changing the way he addressed Shyam shouts of all that the man has meant to not only di, but also ASR. A stellar performance as always by Barun. Though am crying at how the brother's heart will break I am still thrilled that our hero is back.

But Anjali is ASR's support too. In the earlier episodes when he missed ma he had rest his head on her lap. And today he does the same. He has not been able to protect her. Even his trust is broken. He knows both need each other. Beautiful scene of him lying on her lap and Khushi crying against the wall.

She has gone through hell herself and now seeing Arnavji broken, his di lifeless, the poor girls breaks down. As she continues her vigil outside the room, where the brother sister are, I am reminded of the very first time she witnessed this bond. The mandir where she had watched from far, surprised that the rakshas could care do deeply about his di. Three young individuals unaware of what travails life had in store for them in the days to come.

Anjali is shown remembering a man who was always good to her. Who must have married her when she might not have thought such happiness was even possible. Who had married her despite her limping foot, despite the fact that her marriage had broken earlier. In fact, as Sohara had pointed out, perhaps despite the fact that she is older to him. Anjali remembers her husband from the past 3 years (it it 3 years?) Who calls her rani sahiba and treats her like a princess. Makes her feel loved and special. The man she is about to have a child with.

Tough times make us discover startling insights about ourselves and the people around us. Always warring mother-in-law and daughter-in-law hold onto each other. The crass Manorma, who never misses an opportunity to jest about her strict sasuma, weeps into this mother like figure's lap. And her sasuma, who never had one good word for her bahuriya, lovingly pats her head in consolation.

Aakash, nani, mami all have shared a bond with the damadji of the house. And what strikes me in the flashback is how different Shyam looked. Thin. And less filmy. He was a believable weak character.

Troubled times also let us identify the true mettle in one's character. They tried hard to cover up Payal's strength under heavy jewellery, open hair and silk sarees, but today she has broken free in her sister's defense. She will also remain loving. NK has remained loyal and unshakable. Also very sensible throughout. Khushi and Arnav's love has forged a deep bond of trust that can withstand anything. Nani will understand, mami won't. Aakash has reasons to feel hurt. Still his reaction will be quite weak. We are what we truly are, when we are tested.

Usually I don't understand much of symbolism, but NK views the aftermath of the war. Krishna stands before me surveying the destruction evil left behind in its wake. lovely connection and possibly that was the idea behind the nk shot.

Destruction it is... Anjali slips her hand from her chotes grasp.. Chote who is no longer chote.. Circumstances has forced her to choose between her chote and her shyamji. One is safe and sound in front of her. And the other has been forbidden from her life. She has loved her Shyamji. And life has damaged her too. She might have been sunny and cheerful, but she was brittle inside. Remember the tears when he almost did not show up for teej? Today she chooses denial. And her anger and unease come out on the person who is the closest to her, even though she has forgotten that in this moment. Chote has become Arnav. And I notice her limp is even more pronounced.

He pleads. ASR is utterly helpless, and pleads. I cry some more. His voice... Vulnerable, a hint of panic, helplessness, was there a 14 year old here as well? His di is hurting and this once there is nothing that he can do to make it better.

Another telling gesture. Nani moves to console a crying Khushi, mami stops her. Akash starts to walk away from Payal. In a way he does have a right to be angry at Payal, still I feel bad for her. NK watches all, knows whose right, perhaps feels equally helpless. And after too long two sisters are there for each other.

Anjali has decided to live in denial because that is the only way she will survive. She does not have the strength yet to face life without her Shyamji. And given the shock who would think clear headed? So she does not reason that if she thinks Shyam is right that means ASR is gravely wrong. Is that possible? Would ASR play with his di's happiness? If only the haze of pain receded enough for her to see how much in pain her chote was too. But the writers have decided Anjali is to remain deluded, so there is no chance for her to slowly come to terms with the fact that Shyam was just not what everyone thought he was. Sadly there is no question of Anjali to connect dots, recollect discrepancies in Shyam's behaviour and loopholes in his stories.

A tender moments unfolds as husband wife are back in their room. He has finally changed. It feels good to see him in his sweatshirt. Khushi has also washed away the dirt and grime from the day, but the pain of the hurtling insults remains. Only the insults can't hurt, because Arnavji drove it away, and not before declaring, she is as important as di. Her respect means everything. That after everything he is safe, right here and he trusts her. Without proof, simply, steadfast, he believes her.

I wonder who thought of sending the cup of coffee? Was it HP's way of welcoming the man sorely missed? His way of taking a side. My thoughts are running to strange places, since each action, each frame seems significant today.

How is this man this flawless? how is his perfomance so stellar that it does not even seem possible? How is the music so soft and uplifting? How do the same makers who wrote the past two episodes know this is how the moment should play out. In a hushed gentle silence...

He is lost is thought, a dejected look on his face. And dark grieving irises that are shimmering with tears. A stance that speaks of how much he has lost in the few hours he has returned back home. Her hands shiver with nerves. Her eyes are downcast. He stood up for her. He is hurting badly because of his di. And Khushi considers herself the cause of all the discord and distress. She is almost hunched over, a wish to disappear, eyes brimming with unshed tears. Not sure how to approach him. Not sure if he even wants her near. Desperate to be near him.

When has ASR disappointed in moments like these? He is grandson, brother, head of the house. He has performed all his duties. But he is also a husband today. Infinitely tender towards his wife. The girl who saved him. The girl he almost lost to death and fought hard to bring back for himself. The girl he has misjudged and punished for no fault of hers. The girl whom he left to fight alone against evil while he stood silent and watched.

He needs her as much as she needs him. The symphony rises in as his hand reached out to stop her from leaving him. Never again... And she comes willing into his arms. Drawing him as close as possible. Flowing into each other, their bodies melding. She weeps in relief, in guilt for causing a problem, in empathy. His hand lovingly stokes her hair. A protective gesture. He will not let any harm come to her. He is strong for her sake, and her presence infuses strength in him too.

Their love has a positive reinforcement I feel sometimes that makes both strive to be better, happier and complete. in fact there is no need to strive. it just happens from the power of their love.

She looks fragile in his arms as he picked her up and cradled her in his arms. Lays her down, tucks her in and turns to leave to fight the darkness threatening to envelope his family. But, now her hand stops him. She still needs him. Don't go... plead her eyes. Specially not when I have just found you.. and when you are hurting and breaking inside.. Again I feel this gives him strength to bear the misery. A glimmer of a smile as he sits next to her. There are no words that can be said tonight. But his hand will lovingly cup her face, and she will snuggle into it sobbing and drift asleep.

I watch and cry a little hysterically. There is a moment he gazes at her, his head angled as he pushed away some strands of her hair off her face. I see love. And it is indescribable in it's absolute beauty.

and i hope you have stopped crying. the man hates tears and they hurt him dammit teehee.

and the last line and visual... yes, there is a moment there i too felt that is just impossible to "act" out. a man who loves. that is all. and a moment set away from the whole episode.

i have not yet seen 292 this round, but i remember, something was a bit away from me right through. i could feel asr... the rest, not really. no, i did feel mami... head buried in nani's lap... and the family thing. but now that i think, there was too much careful arranging of feelings and things. honestly, i was completely not in sync with khushi... whether it was the writing or the acting i don't know. nani felt real, troubled. a bit of concern from her for chhotey would have worked well.

the man, the husband, now forever changed is here. i will be content with that. and oh sometimes he will be horribly asr yay.

Another unbearable episode of Shyam's nasty drama. You may feel I'm repeating my words and frustration. Especially towards the man whom I love so much. Let's go to devil's court room.

Shyam says the blunt lie about Khushi imprudently. He says to protect the honor of the family he had to agree with Khushi's proposal. Cause she was after him like crazy and how she is behaving now, also proved that she would do such thing. He continues the vexation,

"This fear compelled me to agree with her proposal."

Khushi is in revulsion to hear his baseless, false, inconsequential accusation. When she asks him, he pretends more,

"I rather preferred to ignore and tried to hide this."

He twists his words; says, this is not her fault, as she is young and her age is the reason behind her all filthy intention.

"In this tender age girl dreams big, doesn't care the consequence, now when you crossed all your limits, how can I keep quiet!."

The loon 😡 😆 😆 now turns to Anjali to inveigle her. As he is a lawyer, he is very eloquent and knows well how to chicane people by his faux mellifluous words.

"Not now only since long time she has been gesturing wrongly to me. I am ashamed to even say those things. That's why she told me to divorce my rani saheba. Since I met her, she has been behaving cheap with me. I felt it must be my misunderstanding; then she started to speak upfront. It was my mistake that I ignored, but how much I kept quite, she became more shameless. She made excuses to roam around me."

"That's enough"...Payal can't hear such nasty insinuation against her sister any more. Surprisingly Arnav is still silent shockingly

and insouciant, not saying anything or not even antagonizing Shyam. We already discussed a lot about this, but still when I'm watching and writing my review I just can't stop to express my frustration. I'm tremulous in anger to hear such filthy, objectionable words against khushi, but ASR who supposed to be angry is cool. bizarre isn't it. Not my ASR, but actually his BD was there. 😆

What ASR supposed to do as Khushi's loving husband, Payal does it for her loving sister. She recriminates Shyam with teary eyes to tell such nasty lie,

"Are you not ashamed of lying, putting your blame on somebody else? I and khushi has been quite for long, just because we couldn't see di to break down and either didn't want this family to break. This family would've shattered that day, when they would come to know about your truth."

Shyam gets in imbroglio, tries to hide his face.

"Does he have a little shame left? I don't think so." Payal continues,

'if you accuse my sister so nastily, I will not remain quite."

Akash wants to know the matter. Payal reveals everything about Shyam that he used to live in their house as a paying guest and deceived them by telling himself bachelor and did engagement with Khushi. All are dumbfounded to hear this.

After hearing so much disparagements and insolence Khushi still doesn't relinquish. She is a bravado I have to say. She comes to Anjali and begs her to believe them.

"I never wanted this thing to come out like this, because I knew everybody will be shattered. That's why I ignored and didn't ponder this matter, just because of this family's happiness."

Anjali wilts, she doesn't have any strength left to hear any more. Arnav runs to her and holds her. He says they will clear everything later.

"what the!" Is this ASR who is saying this? i couldn't believe he was walking away... really. his di is not everything, and moreover he is not a brainless twit... how can he leave khushi there and be off? i have raved in my take. and really if he had to leave he'd have called out to khsuhi to help him with something... really, i know my man... if not his double. shyam just trampled his wife who almost died in order to rescue him and he just wants to let go this matter! His di is everything and Khushi is nothing! She is pregnant not a sick person and how Shyam stained Khushi's character and he just wants to ignore it. I don't want to believe this. The man who always stood with Khushi like a rampart, now letting go shyam who mauled her in such filthy way! Where is my ASR gone! The cvs really kidnapped my ASR and send his hamshakal instead. I guess I've been repeating same words again and again. Pardon me if I did, but I am extremely frustrated and livid now.

When Arnav was taking Anjali upstairs, Shyam calls him; he wants to clear everything right now. He just can't end his relationship with rani saheba like this. How can he leave the profligate life what he has been leading by his rani saheba's mercy,

ASR turns to him. Shyam continues his tirade,

"If these two sisters decided to ruin me, then I also decided to bring the truth in front of everybody."

He targets Payal now with volley of questions,

"Did I do engagement with Khushi, then show the pictures."

Payal says, she doesn't have any pics. Shyam tries to entrap her, "engagement is such a big party, but there is no picture?"

Payal starts to cry, her babuji was so sick that time that nobody even thought to take pictures.

shyam made the Raizada house a court room again. He jests Payal's words by clapping his hand, like the way liar lawyers do to justify their wrong case right. Shyam resumes his prosecution,

"babuji was sick, but doing engagement was necessary. And if you would've taken pics, babuji's health would've worsened. You don't have any evidence to prove your sister innocent. How can I do engagement when I am a married man."

"you didn't tell that time that you were married!" Payal retaliates him tersely. She comes to Anjali and says her that he only didn't dupe them, but deceived all of you.

"We didn't know that he is the son in law of this family. When Khushi came to know about this we threw him out of the house."

Shyam anticipates his predicament, so now he tries to manipulate Akash,

"Since today he thought only Khsuhi is after him, but now it seems that the whole family is after him."

The raizada family rather believing the innocent girls, is giving all kind of puzzled look today. The whole family knew about Khushi's engagement with their paying guest shyam right after their babuji's heart attack. Then why they have to prove it now! It didn't happen not so far ago. I guess the whole family got amnesia!

Shyam asks Payal again, if it is true then why she was quite since today and he tries to garble her intention according to his way.

"Because you didn't want your dream to get married to such a big family would've broken."

pause: Oh yeah, that's why she refused Akash so many times and Akash had to do suicide drama to make her agree.

Shyam tries to convince nani as he knows she is one of the most important decision maker of the family. he says her that when Akash's marriage was fixed with her, then buaji came to him to solve her pension problem. Since then she tried to take the advantage. Payal can't bear the insolence against her family any more; she antagonizes, it's lie.

shyam accuses her with poignant words, "what is true, what you two sisters are saying against me?"

He again tries to stain khushi's character,

"Khushi used to come to the house by making all lame excuses and even took job in AR design. When still it didn't work, these two sisters gave their filthy eyes to the sons of this family and trapped them."

He became cantankerous in vendetta when he sees he is in impasse.

Mami seems believed his words and the rest are in impediment and our man is stagnant like a statue.

Shyam contemplates everybody's reaction and when he sees everybody is quite, he thinks all believed his lie. So he blasphemes Payal with more afflictive words,

"why you didn't let Akash know about this. I know the reason, because this story has made by this two sisters right now."

Arnav is still numb, as if he is in inertia, where he already heard this story from Khushi's mouth before and he is giving Shyam more chance to lacerate his wife and her family. Why two slaps, I think he should give him at least three slap, third one for humiliating his sister in law. Doesn't he know how honest and nice Payal is! 👏 👏 👏 thanks for that, sohara... i too never thought of the valiant and brave payal. actually, back then too, even though her marriage was at stake, she had urged khushi again and again to go and tell the raizadas everything. a beautiful character this girl. how forgiving of her sister the night her wedding broke, how strong in never moping, how honest and straightforward... yes, she deserves to be honoured at this juncture, a third slap for payal. she is important because she is who she is. and really had it not been for her wedding, they would never ever have met. sad she got saddled with an akash whose writer got kidnapped.

Payal pleads Akash to believe her.

Shyam becomes berserk, as if any how he has to prove his innocence and proves Khushi guilty. "I can understand their intention; the girls from small family have big dreams."

He turns to Khushi and accuses her for being mentally sick, otherwise, how could she gave an eye on a married man, if it is not a nasty mental sickness or what!"

Shyam's atrocity is getting unbearable, but the whole Raizada clan including ASR is taciturn, as if enjoying the mental torture and molestation on an innocent girl, who is no other but ASR's wife and the daughter in law of the house. But our Khushi has no cowardice; the valiant girl knows to defend herself and inhaling sharply at his insolence, she opens her mouth to retort back,

"Whatever you are saying are all lies, each and every single word is lie. I hate this man and can't tolerate him at all."

Shyam again attacks her,

"if it is then why you used to come to my room making excuses? Why did you say you feel lonely? Sometimes on the pretext to feed kheer or sometimes to say you want to ruin saale sahab!"

His filthy words echo in the wall of RM. All are puzzled and Anjali totters. But one person comes on behalf of Khushi and that is NK,

"Khushiji was lying to you, so that he can win your trust and save Arnav."

Thank God that mami's gaze falters a little. I wish she at least believes her nephew. But Shyam doesn't stop,

"If I couldn't be saved from her, how you would be! She wants to make me, you and saale sahab all the men, dance on her tune."

Khushi is mused with the fire or retribution burning bright in her innocent heart.

He turns to Khushi and asks her, "Did you tell that you will ruin Arnav? Did you?

"yes I did. Khushi accepts..

All looks at Khushi with bafflement. Khushi continues,

"To win your trust." she turns to Anjali, "Di, when I came to know that he kidnapped Arnavji, then to rescue him, I had to try to win his trust. I did all this to gather evidence against him. I did it all to save Arnavji."

Shyam warns her to stop, "you were just saving yourself, your intention and your heart, what I would've broken so soon. But Khushiji I don't have anything for you in my heart."

Khushi says Arnav with resentment to believe her, "I did all for you, for the welfare of this family. That's why I was quite and told him all this."

Pause: So some of us who assumed before entering the house, Arnav and Khushi had a mutual decision to stay quite are wrong. If they had a talk then Khushi wouldn't had to ask ASR to believe her. yeah, we were not right, or maybe we were and the story got changed. i tend to believe the latter happened for unknown reasons.

Shyam becomes more relentless, "how they will trust you?"

He says to Anjali, that he loves her so much and how happy he is with her and eagerly waiting for the arrival of their princess, but this girl, he points finger towards Khushi.

"khushji, you are just a cheap opportunist girl, who can do anything for her intention." The cruel, terrible words of shyam just ripped Khushi's soul apart.

Bravo, Arnav is till mute, just watching shyam is tearing asunder his wife with disdainful words. Khushi begs Arnav's mercy now.

'You know me well; you know that I never can do such thing."

Pause: My anger has reached to zenith now. Why khushi was beseeching Arnav and his inexorable family to believe her! Why she was not giving a damn of such family and leaving the house! maybe not leave the house... but even i ask, why is she having to look at asr and ask to be believed...

"No, no Khushiji, you can more than this, aap nehayet ek makkar aur giri hui larki, who wants to break this family, ruin this family and for this you can do anything? you can stoop as low as possible and in that extent that flirt with your brother in law!"

Shyam's effrontery disgruntled me so much that I felt like throttle him with my bare hand.

ASR looked a bit angry, but controls his anger to see his pyaare nautankibaz di is wilting again. me noticed too and my anger screamed... they really wrote this whole thing with no respect for the character called asr or the one caled khushi. Nani feels ashamed to hear such filthy words and NK just looks down in embarrassment.

Khushi looks at Arnav, her moist hazel eyes flicker and reflect her inner turmoil. She says with excruciating pain,

Sanaya astounded me with her brilliant acting today. I've hardly seen such fine acting in Indian movies and soaps. ASR gazes at her gazelle eyes which are lucid, clear, and luminescent and guileless. He stares at her eyes searchingly and when found the answer; he feels a twinge of compassion for her. As the air is thickened with tension, Arnav moves forward and pauses in between Shyam and Khushi and finally gives Shyam a slap.

If CVs wanted shyam to spurt out his anger towards Khushi, by any excuse they should've moved ASR from that place. In front of ASR, Shaym couldn't ravage Khushi and delineated her as a characterless girl. No way I can't accept it. yes, they should have not shown this unfolding in front of asr.

Give thanks to my sister's prayers that I'm sparing you like this." he says him scathingly and hauls him towards the gate. Finally his raw anger rises from the recess of his heart like quivering flames of fire.
"leave me, I say leave me." Shyam is screaming incessantly.

impossibly hard episodes. your suggestion wonderful... if you have to show shyam denigrating khushi, move asr out of the scene. this just does not work... and because it didn't, the more poignant 292 just left me tired. mixed signals, something off everywhere.
