Scribe files complaint against Ektaa Kapoor

'Complete Cinema' Magazine Editor Mohan Kumar has filed a complaint at a police station here against head of Balaji Telefilms Ektaa Kapoor for arranging an obscene party on the occasion of completion of two years of 'Kahiin To Hoga' serial on September 19.
Mr Kumar's Advocate Nagesh Mishra, said: ''We have made a written complaint to the Khar police station seeking investigation into the matter and take appropriate action against the guilty. If the police fail to take congnisance against Ms Kapoor, then we will knock the door of the court to issue process in the case.'' An officer from the Khar police station confirmed that they had received the complaint. It was forwarded to Juhu police station as the party was conducted in their jurisdiction, he added. Ms Kapoor had arranged a party for the artistes of the serial, in which she had allegedly kept a prize for an artist, who would wear the skimpiest dress. Mr Mishra said she has violated section 292 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) pertaining to public obscenity.
