Well, KT is just a nickname for Krishna Tulsi and P2 is again a nickname cuzzz her granny's name is prerna and her name is the same too so that's why they put a 2 after P.Hence, i don't find anything unsual with these names. However, i must say Chapter is a strange one..... 😉
