PART - 1MONDAY morning and whole staff was hell busy in the preprations of welcoming their new boss. He overtake it just few days back and today he is coming to his new office. Main area was filled with the fragnance of roses. Bright sunshine ic coming through windows. Office was decorated like a new bride. They only heared about him but never saw him. When all is done,a sweety chubby girl entered in one cabin to infrom her boss,MD of this company.
'Geet mam everything is done. Pls come and have a look.' She invite a woman in white saree,around 27,fair complexion,hazled eyes filled with confidence,sharp white nose and a luscious pink lips,engrossed so much in her files. It wasn't her sharp and attractive features which made her spl. It was her capasity to handle any work at office which make her qualified for the position of MD. Though she was working for a high profile company in Canada,but she wont adapt western wear fully.. She wore but very ocassionaly.
'Pinky what about Mr. Wilson and Mr. Seth?' without glancing up she asked for another two MDs of the company.
'mam they are already reached. Pls come,our new chairman Mr. Maan Singh Khurana can arrived any time.' She informed her shortly.
She closed her files and walk with her to the hall. Other two MDs are already there. Soon peon informed the car of new owner has just arrived,enclosed with the cars of many guarding cars.
One MD went down with some staff members to welcome him. His shauffer open door for him. All are waiting for him but no one can expected that his age of man is comin who is as much attractive. With his scluptured features he can make fall any one. He slanted his neck and removed his shades to glance all around. His dark intense eyes,rosed the heart beats of all girls around except one who handover one buque and welcome him. 'good morning sir and welcome to your new office.' She did her best to smile,but her face is stif,as it was made of wax. She doing it just for formality because it doesnt matterwho is her new boss and how handsome he is. She came there for her work only.
He glance all around. All greeted him and girls breathing sharply. More on it he passed a smile to all.
he moved to her,expecting her to introduse herself and she exactly act to his accord. 'let me introduced you with your new staff.' she told her name Geet. Her sweet voice is mixng in his ears like a melodious tune.
'Miss Geet...' he was waiting for more. But when she wont told he finished it there only. 'do one thing. Call the meeting of all directors,Mds and major share holders right now. I will meet them there and we can discuss our future policies and plans. Aise to intro me hi kafi waqt chala jayega.' He commands her.
She nodded and showed him a way to his cabin. He entered and she went to do arrangements. He glancing outside through the window. He was wondering how she get a position of MD as soon. As he was already read the profiles of all 3 MDs. Other two are much experienced then hers. So he wants what skills she had. It was her beauty which she used or she actually deserve this post.
After a while he went to confrence hall where all MDs and other important staff was present. All stood up and greet him. Maan signaled them and allowed to take their seats. Geet stood up and gave a quick brief of everyone to him. Maan listen each and everyone carefully. He asked about the progress report of the company from every zone. They discuss all the financial and profit reports with him and what they do to raised it.
'i love only hard working and honest ppl. Lets see how you all are?' Maan gace a cautioned look to everyone. 'there are 4 zones but MDs are only three. I dont believe in compromises. So quickly suggest one more name which you three found suitable for the post of MD. I want north zone also be handled by seprate MD.' Maan is scanning and observing staff on every single thing. All three MDs discussed and gave him a name of Mr. Deewan. All 3 agree on his name. Maan announced as a new MD. 'Miss Geet i want to visit our factories.' he demands and she nodded. He decided to judge her. His curiousity is rosing. Both went to factories. Geet was very welll aware of each and every single detail about factory. They visit almost 4 factories in a day and she had all the information on her fingers. Gradually she proved herself that she deserve the post of MD. He was really effected by her hard work.
