Somewhat I find her looks very gaudy as Sanam. I liked Surbhi as Zoya. Modern dress suits her very well than these traditional sarees as she doesn't fall in the conventional beauty category. Today definitely too much of makeup for Sanam. Why she is putting too much of kajal. She can keep it light.

I think she looks beautiful with it. Sanam is desi type character. She looks beautiful anyways

For longish face too much of kajal will not suit. Even if your character is desi it is not necessary to apply this many kajal .

Only thing which bothers me is the way the pallu is draped with this saree. It wasn't draped that way for bhang episodes.

Anyway, it's seen all the time now on TV and films but I can't stand it. One actress I don't think I've ever seen don this hideous drape is Sonam Kapoor.

I disagree 😛 because to me she looked absolutely GORGEOUS !!! The makeup was on mark and it complimented her features PERFECTLY !! Frankly i feel SJ looks the best in Sanams attire wearing a saree

She was simply stunning and carried herself ever so gracefully sighh i have the biggest girl crush on her 😳😆

I have to disagree, I thought she looked stunning.

Her eyes are her best feature, so why not make them stand out?

And I actually prefer her in desi attire... whether it be her day-to-day dresses she always wears, or saris - they give her a feminine touch that jeans and shirts/blouses don't seem to give :)

And given the fact that she is more desi in the show, not modern like Zoya, it suits her completely :)
