Will the show go on? Bollywood SLAM! in Vancouver faces major flight-delay hurdle Saturday

The Bollywood bonanza set to hit Vancouver's Pacific Coliseum Saturday night has run into some major roadblocks and organizers aren't certain if the show will go on at all.

While the Hindi film stars and performers involved in Shah Rukh Khan's SLAM! The Tour have already arrived in B.C., a fire at the Chicago airport has stranded the stage crew in the U.S., who were originally scheduled to arrive in Vancouver at 9 a.m. and immediately begin set-up.

As a result, they won't be arriving until 6 or even 8 p.m., which means the Vancouver show will be "majorly delayed" if it makes it to the stage at all, according to a spokesperson.

Stage set-up can take anywhere from two to three hours, but show organizers and crew are yet to announce what time the show will go on.

According to the spokesperson, Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh also suffered an injury during one of the U.S. shows and as a result will not be performing in Vancouver.

I wouldn't go see his show even if he was performing in my backyard.. Lol

i don't go any bollywood shows period. i sometimes take my mamma and granny when singers like shreya G, sonu nigam, and others come.

most bollywood shows are garbage. don't even know why the come here to rake our moolahs..

I have been to ar Rahman, sonu nigam, atif aslam, Sherya goshal, sunidi chohan, and a few other popular singers concerts.. Money well spend..the music was live..I had a great experience.. Specially in sonu and ar rahmans concerts..

I love live orchestrated music.. In the kind of shows that srk is doing, I won't be getting that live music experience.. So not worth my time..

Yeh I dunt understand what exactly is the point of such "shows" like temptations or the slam tour or other tours that bollywood stars did...

SRK is trying to cash on his popularity before he gets too old. Perfect business man.

I spent so much money to watch a pathetic live show of Srk! He made no effort and did the same shit again! Was so disappointed! Would never watch him in concert again!!
