Yes agree with u completely... Not because of the love n all ... its too soon for that but because Rehaan is the first person who has awaken the good in her... He has made her felt bad about her lies n decpetion .. So for the sake of that she should speak up...

Yeah! She should tell him the truth. Or else she won't be able to face herself as the guilt builds up. And if Rehan comes to know about this from someone else, he will be totally shattered. Sehar please tell him the truth and save both of you from a heartbreak.
