It was an open nomination. He could've nominated somebody else but nominated Sukku directly giving a reason. Maybe he didnt had any reason to nominate others, so chose her instead. I dont think he is double faced.

It was quite surprising how Upen nominated Sukirti.
One minute he was offering task winner title and next minute nominating her.
I can't tell who is right or wrong between Upen or Sukirti. We are not shown all 24 hours. What we see is just 1 hour of edited episode. But I hope Salman Khan definitely asks why Upen changed his mind so quickly.

I would say that he had rather planned that move.
Let's put it like this, he has a good repu with all the contestants and somewhere must have guessed that Sukriti would be nominated with/with out his vote.
He's playing the good card for now and it's too early in the game to create enemies.
Natasha and Sukriti were easy targets and Sukriti being his friend, can forgive him unlike contestants like Gautam and Diandra who would come back to him for this.
