Chapter 15
"By the way who was that good person, who acted as a godfather in your life?" She asked curiously.
Anant looked at her and sighed.
"He was.." Anant paused for a moment while Navya's eyes grew wider with curiosity to hear the name.
"He was someone very close to you and hopefully will become close to you once again." He gave a small smile and got up with his plate heading towards the kitchen while Navya too got up and followed him.
"What does that mean Anant? You are making me confuse." She pulled a face.
"You are always a confused person. So that's not my problem." He teased her and flicked her nose while she turned away stomping her foot on the floor and folding her arms under her chest.
"Aww! Looks like someone got angry with me." He grinned as he turned her towards him. "Navya, let the right time come and you will get to know everything."
She sighed sadly as he didn't tell her the name while he pulled her in a hug with a thought about a happy father-daughter reunion someday.

"Ma'am this is Lisa and Lisa, this is Navya ma'am." said Aarav introducing the two ladies to each other.
"Glad to meet you Lisa." smiled Navya as she hugged her.
"Same here ma'am" Lisa hugged back. " By the way congratulations to you and Anant Sir. You guys make a lovely couple."
She handed them a bouquet of flowers.
"Thanks Lisa and don't call me ma'am, Navya sounds better" She gave a soft smile taking the bouquet while she reciprocated the same.
"So congratulations to you both as well though am a bit late in wishing I guess." Winked Navya.
"Not at all ma'am there is still a month left for the marriage." She smiled shyly.
"Come have a seat." said Anant and they sat on the sofas.
"Aarav, have you brought that Malhotra's file?" Asked Anant while he nodded and gave him the file.
"What is this Anant? You guys are again talking about work. Are the office hours not enough for you?" She gave him a stern look.
"Okay sorry. No more talks about office stuff." He replied nodding at her obediently keeping the file aside.
Navya grinned in reply.
Aarav and Lisa exchanged a glance seeing their Sir becoming a "joru ka gulaam" before hand only.
"So Navya, tell me from the starting, how did you guys meet and how it turned out as love?" Lisa asked excitedly while now it was time for Anant and Navya to exchange a glance as they remembered their first encounter. Aarav got nervous as he knew later on Anant will surely charge him for asking such personal detailing by his fiancee to them.
"Well Lisa, we met in an unusual situation. The first reaction was hatred for me towards him but how this hatred made its way towards love, pata hi nai chala." Said Navya in a dreamy way recollecting the memories from the beginning till here.
"Mere liye vo pyaar toh hamesha se hi tha bas usko koi aur naam de dia tha. Aarav you rock brother." Continued Anant as he patted on Aarav's shoulder with pride as he remembers from their childhood days till that day when Aarav became the cupid in realizing him his love for Navya unknowingly.
Lisa smiled cutely listening to them while Aarav made a confused face as he got praise for no reason he thought.
After sometime Navya finally gave them the permission to talk about their official stuff while she took Lisa with her in her room to have some girly talks. Soon they left after giving their marriage card to them. Navya has got a new friend now.

"Navya, get ready, we are going for a movie. " said Anant closing his laptop.
"Really? Oh my God! It seems like ages since I have gone to any movie theater" Screamed Navya on top of her voice and jumped from the bed as sat on his lap, kissing him on his cheek. "Thankyou so much." She hugged him while he tightened the hug.
"Woah! Giving a surprise definitely gives you a surprise back." He grinned as they broke the hug." Batana chahiye tha, for a movie only you rewarded me so I should better own you a movie theatre for more than a cheek kiss." He smirked pointing towards his lip while her mouth opens wide seeing his shamelessness.
"Zyada udo mat. My kisses are very precious. Itni asani se nai mil sakta." She sticks her tongue out at him and got up and ran while Anant ran behind her and held her, pinning her on the wall.
"You think you can resist me." He said in a husky voice as he moved his face closer to her.
She lowered her eyes in shyness and bites her lower lip as he kisses her lips passionately.
