I think bagchi and divya, akash had saved them and hid them some where, may be akash's boss is sakshi only... akash could have cheated durga and handed over div-bagchi back to sakshi

someone related to Dev's mom- may be another son/daughter who is mentally challenged. Could be a son- she might bring that person out when Shaurya refuses to marry.
It may not be Dev who she plans to marry with Durga but cretae circumstances for Durga to say yes to marry Shaurya's cousin/Dev's brother.
The point is that if the Pandit is being instructed to do false ceremony, then how does it matter who sits as a groom as the marriage is not going to be valid as per Hindu traditions.

The problem is that the initial episodes of revenge and planning seemed doable inreal life but lately becuase of Durga's resolve to be a daughter in law of Goenka's ( with false marriage) all seems so unreal. The creative team seems to be at their wits ends how to proceed withteh story line. They know that the IF audience for major part is not liking the conversion of this soap in to saas bahu saga.
So may be the out house riddle has been added to seek the viewer's response-

I thought nitya's mom died. Who is arnab?.

As per fb Nithya's parents are dead. They even showed the funeral. I don't think you can show a funeral without people actually dead.
