I think tomorrow's episode *might* reveal that Ishita knew all along that Shagun was Mihir's sister but she just wanted it to be out of Mihir's mouth herself and she also used Sanjana in the same way as Shagun used her!
Here's why I think such is the case:
1. This is a daily soap where leads are usually show as "super-humans" and not ones with less than average brain!
2. Ishita has all along been portrayed as a smart, intelligent, sensible woman...not the kinds who has had no education and is a slave in the name of a bahu!
3. When Ishita saw Mihir and Shagun during Mihir/trisha engagement she sensed that there was some relationship between them.
4. Now coming to the present, I think they will show a flash back where ishita gets to know that Shagun is Mihir's true sister. She still would want the cat out of the bag na? She would want Mihika to know that she is marrying Shagun's brother but how else to make her wholly believe it than have Mihir own up to it himself!
5. She probably called Sanjana and knew that Shagun will follow and finally it will lead to Mihir revealing ..
6. Otherwise despite Mihir's insistence that he doesn't know that girl ..why would Ishita go on pressing the fact that he should forgive sister ..that she is his sister?..she also brought up Sanjana's relationship with Raman ...(she did that only because she knew it to be untrue!)
7. Ishita just wanted to press on the Sanjana lie until Mihir owns up.
8. Initially she probably did believe Sanjana but I think later she found out the truth and played Shagun's game to everyone's advantage..After all the Iyers do need to know whether he is Shagun's or anyones bro! ..Also the iyers will defnly be proud of Mihir all the more because of his loyaltly to Raman!
9. Ishu would have got to know the truth by using Param's cell phone i'm guessing ..so that she can return his retort about leaving the phone unlocked!
10. I'd be super surprised if they portray Ishita as so dumb and show her making such a public mockery of herself! ..Of course I do feel whatever she wanted to do she should have still done it privately within the confines of their family! and Raman should really stop verbally abusing her in public!! ..
