The marital dispute between actress Karisma Kapoor and her husband Sanjay Kapur is likely to reach a positive end, counsel for both parties told the Delhi High Court Friday.
Justice Mukul Mudgal said in his order that the parties had reported progress in talks and that the issues arising out of the discord between them were likely to be settled.
Since Karisma and Sanjay required more time to finally settle on points of agreement, the matter was adjourned till Tuesday.
Earlier, their lawyers went to the chamber of Justice Mudgal and told him that talks between the couple to settle the matter had made progress.
Karisma and Sanjay have been involved in a dispute over the custody of their infant daughter Samaira. The actress has not come back to the Delhi home of her husband after giving birth to her in Mumbai.
