Most of us thought that Harshad hates Manik and other Fab 5 because of his break up with Mukti but its soo much more deeper than that. They all were childhood besties and something big happened. This mystery and the other of the whole Star thing of Dhruv and Rishabh is very intriguing and I cant wait for it to unfold. Hopefully they show it soon.

Now coming to MaNan, Manik being frustrated over his action was soo adorable and his last line "She is driving me crazy" Awww

I know! Harshad being childhood friends with Manik was such a plot twist and an amazing one at that! CVs keep surprising us with these little revelations bit by bit...I do love a show where obvious thought is given to the writing. KY2 initially started with the mystery of the meteors but now there are other mysteries added to it as well. It keeps the interest quotient of the show so high..

Loved this post man. Really good.
I'm loving the current track. DhruNi friendship, MaNan touch touch, ROSE <3 But Cabir-Raghav...I'm not sure what to think...

Cabir-Raghav is just my crazy thinking at play 😆 Some part of me is rooting for Navya-Cabir as they have an epic chemistry and amazing comic timing but Cabir-Raghav would be the biggest googly the show has the offer (I am not counting the potential alien angle). KY2 keeps surprising us with its thoughtful script and deep characters...I wouldn't be surprised at any direction they take.

Your post is lovely as always.
Instead of analyzing what happened tonight, I would want to talk a little about the makers.
TBH, when the show started, I was SO not impressed. It seemed another juvenile youth show with zero depth or maturity. However, as the show progresses, the makers have increasingly impressed me. Every relationship, every character has their own story to tell, their own existence and personalities. The dialogues and interactions have been consistently mature for a youth show. Every episode makes sense. Every moment makes sense. Every characters adds something to the show. I love how the romances never consist gratuitous sexual tension and ridiculous eyelocks, but proper conversations. Just like young people behave and fall in love. No idea if they can maintain the momentum, but for now, it's going pretty well for a youth show.
I loved Harshad's backstory of Band-of-brothers. So, he loved Manik once upon a time. What happened? Can the Noyonika-Harshad story be true, which in turn may have caused Manik-Harshad fallout?
Cabir-Raghav FTW. THEY ARE SO PERF TOGETHER ZOMG. The CVs need to give wind to this ship. NEED TO.
What else, Neeti cries really well onscreen. Parth has been consistently getting better as an actor. He doesn't even miss the tiniest moments.

I want to see more of such flashbacks, actually I don't mind if they show one episode of just flashbacks of how the band of brothers were and how they broke up of how in college the Fab5 came to exist and how their friendship strengthened..

I am glad that Dhruv is being assertive and trying to help his friends, but Manik and Nandini they are both on the road of conflict and some self- discovery especially Manik 😳

That's the mark of a great story telling. To surprise the viewers with the thing they least expected of. It's not like like they suddenly put a third boy in the childhood part, we just assumed that they were the three boys of Fab5. No one even thought of Harshad. But to be revealed that Harshad goes way back, to before the origin of Fab5...I am stunned. Just stunned 👏 This whole back-story is so intriguing that to completely justify it, we need more than one episode of flashbacks. There's such rich material there as the past is the reason present mein things are happening, this past is not another country..the place is the same. God! How I wait for it to be explored and showed!

Dhruv is taking leaps of confidence. That makes me feel happy. He was so passive before..seeing him active is wonderful!

Your analysis about today's episode as usual good.so I am not
going to say anything about that.
I want to say about music of show.instead of choosing popular songs
from bollywood movies they have chosen, sham and ishq bulava for
manan, such a way that every moment matches with lyrics.
But when comes to navya's dream sequence they use popular songs
of bollywood, because those moments are unreal.
I really want to praise director for lipsink of lyrics, so good in previous
yaaro and tomorrow's phikar nahi.perfect line for correct character.

Navya-Harshad scenes are to be all filmy hence the very mainstream filmy songs are chosen for it. Yeah, the music selection on this show is ek dum FAB! And it should be..MTv is originally a music channel so their music collection must be vast. Thank God the CVs have enough brain and ears to take the songs which aptly suit the situation while being so pleasing to the ears..

This! So much of this!

I started KY2 merely out of curiosity and boredom. I had every thought to just watch few episodes and drop it but god, this show is a slow drug. It captivated me little by little. There was no grand scheme at play here, just the mere interest to know, "What will happen tomorrow?" which made me keep watching the show. Then the characters began to unravel, plot began to thicken, mysteries were added, lines drawn, the prospect of the future and the unanswered questions left back in the past...I just got drawn into it. CVs kept it real smart..give the initial episodes to warm the viewers to the characters and then go all out with their exploration. So far, their grip on the story and characters is just so in command. I love the writers being in command! They know what they want to show and how they want to show it. The characters and situations are a wonderful mix of relate-able reality and enjoyable fiction. It's hard to mix these two factors together. It's supremely fresh to watch. Yeah, it's nearly impossible to keep this momentum forever and at some point, fall is inevitable but this, what I feel everyday when I write analysis and feedback after every episode, this rush of excitement that I get...it's priceless! Just for this feeling only I think I will look back to the show fondly.

I don't buy the Nyonika-Harshad angle. If he was Manik's friend, Nyonika is a friend's mother. And if friends are close, you get to know the family of your friends as well as you know yours. Harshad and Manik were defo friends, very good friends at that. The fallout between them is something Harshad is not over from. While Manik seems completely over it. I think Harshad got the rough deal in the past and he just wants payback. Gaaah! Angsty bromance!!

You be my partner in this Cabir-Raghav ship! 😎

Parth is just perfection as Manik. Niti has grown wonderfully...she's just so pretty to look at *_*

awesome analysis!! Mais right?
well what I find amusing is how Dhruv is acting as middle man between Manan..basically looks like he has no idea how drastically their dynamics are changing
Manik is all frustrated over the fact that he is losing his self-control.. he is no longer the guy who was the master of his own actions..Nandini drives him totally crazy..that pat on the shoulder looked so cute
Harshad having the same flashback as Manik...him being part of band of boys was totally unexpected...thats why I love KYY...they know how to keep us glued

What if dhruv was unknowingly the reason for Harshad-Manik fallout. After the meteor accident Manik being Manik must have gotten so involved in Dhruv that he must have forgotten about his other buddy -Harshad. But then seeing the amount of hatred harshad has for Manik, manik must have unknowingly wronged him on a much deeper level.
Sorry my head is just too messed-up with all these mysteries..🤢

PS: Love your reviews, keep it up.👍🏼
