And...just before nana raised his hand, NA was full on provoking them by saying how he will ill-treat anjali. He only shut up the moment, nana raised his hand. Technically thinking of this scene, from wherever shlok was...he was walking towards NA, nana and nani and he got right in time to stop nana. He must have heard atleast last few lines NA said! So yea.. I am hoping the calm is because he has already started doubting.
