i tell one better thing than that if u cant sit in front of everyone ...just switch on the idiot box and watch ur fav channel or show or go to youtube and watch some comic scenes i watch sarabhai va sarabhai always or tmkoc when i m upset and it helps me in 10 min to recover and be normal
