Honestly thought the track was going to drag, with Jyoti arriving at the end of NA's diatribe and him EBP successful in manipulating her and making her ayi out to be the villain. But then the CV's threw a spanner into the works and decided to let Jyoti know the ugly truth of NA. It was truly a masterpiece and magnificent acting from Sheetal, Manish and Geetanjali.⭐️
Jyoti realising Anaya's medicine was left at AM and turning back to go home to retrieve it was the best decision she took, aside from escaping her abusive husband and marrying Sid. The third best thing as Bappa has started turning the tables against NA and making Jyoti TRULY SEE THE LIGHT(true to her name), THE TRUTH. Not just one but a whole barrage of them. 😲
Anjali truly loves AAstha and is praying to Bappa for strength and asking him tearfully why the good are being tested baar baar ebp. Then she realizes that she has to handle her, support her in her darkest hour. Anjali knows what it is like to be all alone, with no one to hold you, comfort you, support you and wipe the tears. Aastha did all this for her and much much more by awakening the sleeping person inside and reviving the lifeless and cold Anjali, bringing her into warmth, love and respect. She will stand by Aastha through thick and thin and has not taken a step forward only to be pushed back into her hellhole. While Anjali was standing before Bappa, there was the picture of the devata and the glowing diya in the foreground. POSITIVE VIBES AS SHE WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN HER MISSION, WILL PROTECT ASHLOK, WILL BECOME THEIR KAVACH AND MAY DON THE AVATAR OF DURGA/KALI. ⭐️
NA comes down after deciding to teach Anjali a fitting lesson, one that she can never forget and is all gung ho about it. Wants to execute it at the earliest as he is feeling triumphant and powerful. Nothing or No one can go against him and live to tell the tale. He calls out to her and then goes on to describe in great detail the punishment he is going to mete out to her for disobeying him, taking Aastha's side and refusing to take her rightful place as his CHATTEL, HIS SLAVE, HIS DOORMAT, HIS SUBMISSIVE AND MEEK WIFE FIT ONLY FOR WIPING HIS SHOES, WHOSE POSITION IS NO HIGHER THAN HIS SHOE. He rants at her and lets out his frustration at her refusal to cower and bow her head, careful to look around and make certain that no one is witnessing their exchange. Anjali bravely asks him why he was so hell bent on ruining his own son's life and those of his children, what pleasure does he get from doing that? NA then lowers his head, rolls his eyes and then fixes his sight on her MS. Anjali senses what he is going to do and begins to plead with him, to not do what he wants to and pulls and tugs at his hand that is wrapped around her MS. NA tells her what's the use of this if you are not respecting my wishes and pulls and tugs with Anjali in tears, begging...It snaps off and then NA lets it fall to the floor, like how he has broken her in spirit along with her body. Anjali is just SHOCKED, STUNNED AND TOO DAZED TO EVEN REACT OR PICK UP HER MS. SHE JUST LOOKS AT NA IN DISBELIEF, THAT HE COULD SO EASILY BREAK THEIR 30 ODD YEARS OF MARRIAGE IN AN INSTANT AND NOT EVEN FEEL BAD ABOUT IT.
Seriously if Anjali accepts him back, then I AM BOYCOTTING EBP😃. NA NEEDS TO HE LOCKED UP IN AN ASYLUM OR SOMEONE SHOULD JUST POP HIM OFF😡. HE IS TOO IRREDEMABLE AND A TOTAL GONE CASE (shlok's words). Jyoti walks into AM and was having my heart in my mouth, will she or won't she hear and see NA taunt and torment her ayi. Sure enough, she walks in to see him pull the MS off and is SHOCKED INTO UTTER SILENCE. THANK GOD FOR THIS. Had she revealed her presence then, the manipulation would have begun and the spin doctor would have spun a wonderful yarn about her ayi. THANK GOD FOR SMALL MERCIES. Then she hears and sees for herself NA's hateful and demonic face that is hidden behind a mask of affability. It's true that eavesdroppers never hear well about themselves. Jyoti hears her beloved baba, bhagwan like baba utter the venomous words that he was happy to see the last of her, could not stand it when she was living there at AM, did not know how to live with her husband ABhay, had to go and fall in love with Sid, though he freed ABhay from jail and thought to pack her and her brat off..., wished she had gone and jumped into a well as she had tarnished his name, his image in society. Jyoti is unable to take it in and stares in total disbelief at her ayi/baba. When Anjali raises her voice and tells NS that do not talk about yr own daughter like this, of her dying, then NA raises his hand to strike her, when Jyoti finally snaps out of her trance and calls out baba' alerting them to her presence.
Jyoti confronts her baba with her accusations and tells him that he has been using her mom as his front for all his dirty deeds and that she is ASHAMED TO BE HIS DAUGHTER. ALSO ASKS HIM WHAT KIND OF FATHER HE WAS. She says that she though him to be their GOD and he is behaving in the worst possible manner. She hands over Anaya to Anjali, picks up the MS and ties it with a thread kept for Bappa. SHE THEN RESTORES HER AYI'S MAAN AND SAMMAN AS A WOMAN BY TYING THE MS HERSELF. ANJALI IS A TRUE SATI SAVITRI IN EVERY WAY THAT COUNTS AND JYOTI RESTORED THAT WHICH NA HAD SO CALLOUSLY DISREGARDED AND THROWN IT TO THE FLOOR LIKE A PIECE OF FILTH AND GARBAGE. ANJALI WHO FASTED INNUMERABLE TIMES FOR HER HUSBAND'S LONG LIFE AND HEALTH AND HAPPINESS WAS TREATED SO SHODDILY AND SHABBILY BY THE SAME HUSBAND.
JYOTI DISPLAYS THE AGNIHOTRI TRAIT EBP. She is stubborn and does not let go of the matter and faces him head on. ATTA GIRL👏👏. Her new found confidence, voice and courage are on full display here. Aastha is drawn to the living room by the commotion and she also stands beside Anjali. Jyoti tells her that she was able to know her ayi in a span of a year whereas she failed to do so even though she was born to her. THEN THE WORDS THAT STRUCK A SPARK OF FEAR IN NA, JYOTI WILL TELL HER BROTHERS THE TRUTH AND SHE WILL TAKE THE SIDE OF HER AYI AND VAHINI FROM THIS VERY INSTANT. NA IS SHAKEN TO HIS CORE AND GOES TO ANJALI, GRABS HER ARM AND SQUEEZES IT FORCEFULLY CAUSING HER MUCH DISTRESS. AASTHA AND JYOTI ARE A WITNESS TO HIS RUTHLESS AND CALLOUS TREATMENT OF ANJALI. JYOTI is reminded of the time when ABhay used to abuse her physically and then THE SHOCKING REALIZATION THAT HER FATHER IS ALSO ONE. HE HAD THE SAME DEMONIC LOOK ON HIS FACE THAT ABHAY HAD WHEN HE WAS HURTING HER. THIS WAS THE SECOND SHOCK FOR JYOTI WHO SIMPLY RUSHED TO HER AYI AND SAID THAT IS WHY SHE INSISTED THAT SHE STAY STRONG AND BEAR IT WITH FORTITUDE WHENEVER SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT ABHAY. THINGS RAPIDLY BEGAN TO FALL IN PLACE FOR JYOTI AND SHE WONDERS ALOUD AT THE NUMBER OF YEARS HER AYI HAS UNDERGONE THIS TORTURE AND ABUSE FROM HER HUSBAND.
NA tries to save himself in a last ditch attempt and AASLI are worried that he will be able to convince and sway Jyoti. But she proves to be made of sterner stuff and sees through his bluff clearly as the fog has lifted and rebuffs his act calling him SHAMLESS TO HIS FACE. BRAVO, BRAVO... I WAS CHEERING AND CLAPPING WILDLY HERE. Then the mask falls and NA says that he was tired of pretending with her anyway and good that she knows the truth now. He moves closer to threaten her, intimidate her and asks what can she do now with the truth?
Shlok comes and hears the last part I bet and then baba senses him, the snake having spilled all the venom earlier turns sweet and cloying in its desire to sway his son. Varad and Sojal too make their way and stand there, looking mutely at Jyoti and confused. Jyoti then takes a step forward and moves over to where AASLI are standing and says LOUDLY THAT SHE IS WITH THEM. THE SIGHT OF THE 3 WOMEN, LOOKING FIERCE, STEADFAST, CALM AND COMPOSED WITH TEAR STREAKS ON THEIR FACES WAS A SUPERB SHOT. Waseemji, great direction here. Shlok comes and asks tai what she is doing as only a while ago she said that her baba was bhagwan to her. Jyoti goes on to say that he will also do the same if he knows the truth and that his baba is ... (Fill in the blanks here,a rotten scoundrel, a bully, an exploiter, a wife beater,,,, ) Anjali stops her from speaking and drags her to her room leaving Aastha behind to face the music from Shlok, who else. He is quick to run to her and enquires LOUDLY, which will awaken even the dead from their slumber and asks if she said anything to Tai that made her move to their side. FOR ONCE AASTHA KEPT HER LIPS SEALED AND DID NOT UTTER A WORD. GOOD GIRL. When he accused her of not even meeting his eyes and replying, he was goading her into looking at him. Actually he wanted to see her reaction, where her eyes would fall and sure enough they fell on NA and he read the expression in her eyes while she was looking at his baba. VARAL were just struck dumb and sojal did give a nasty glance at AAstha when Shlok was yelling at her. Now, Varad is so SILENT,WHY FOR PETE'S SAKE SAY SOMETHING. I BET HE IS GOING ACROSS THE ROPE NEXT.😃 SOJAL WILL BE LEFT TO FEND FOR HERSELF. Yipppeee. One less person to cook for.😆😆
