I think sanjana aroa is a part of param ashok and shaguns' plan.
Sanjana May be another sister of mihir or could be cousin.bt mihir meant didi as one day is probably shagun.because if we think that sanjana is mihir's didi,why he dislike her so much???
Bt mihir's didi is definitely shagun plus the team of sanjana and param are giving hints to ishita.so she can get to know about mihir's past.
For an example after today episode if ishita directly ask about sajana from mihir,he will unintentionally reveal that his didi is shagun
As far as we know that mihir's didi trying to stop mihika mihir marraige.
So they will assume that if Iyers get to know about that shagun is the didi of mihir
The marriage will automatically stop.
I think this the plan of shagun and param.they will use sanjana to trick ishita
But I can not decide whether poornima is positive or negative character!
