Is this comes because she thinks he is not her BLOOD ??

she had no reason today but i still ask why ??? how come she could not let him be her dad , but she claims he is her daddy , she can have all good from him why not showing such respect ???

Haven't watched the episode yet, but from reading the WU it seems as though she feels like Veer is trying to replace her parents. Rhea lost her parents at a very young age and actually saw them die. She probably fears that if she accepts Veer as her father wholeheartedly, she is in someway dishonoring her parents and is trying to forget them and her way of not getting emotionally attached to Veer is by being rude to him and completely ignoring everything that he has done for her.
