YHM To Shift From Late Night Slot To Evening Slot? - Article

Star Plus' two shows are going to face some
major changes in the coming days. While
one show is about to go off air, another one
will be shifted to another time slot. What
makes the bigger news out of this news is
that, both the shows are Star Plus' hit
shows.
Saraswatichandra starring Gautam Rode
and Jennifer Winget in lead roles is
rumored to go off air abruptly by this
month. The show is facing a downfall on
the TRP chart and news about its going off
air is doing the rounds for quite some time
now. Even Gautam Rode's exit was highly
anticipated few weeks ago considering he
was offered another show on Star Network's
Life OK. However, now it is more or less
confirmed that the show will be going off
air soon.
As the plug got pulled on Saraswatichandra,
it is also going to affect Yeh Hai
Mohabbatein. The Balaji Telefilms' show
that airs at late night slot of 11 pm will be
shifted to the evening slot.Reportedly, Yeh
Hai Mohabbatein might air at 7:30 pm
taking the place of Saraswatichandra.

While Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fared extremely
well on the TRP charts at the late night slot
on Star Plus, it is to be seen whether the
show carries the same numbers to 7:30 pm.
Meanwhile, After Bigg Boss starts airing on
Colors TV, its current 9 pm prime time
show Beintehaa will be shifted to 11 pm on
the channel.


If Yeh Hai Mohabbatein shifts to 7:30 pm,
then Beintehaa would be the only fiction
among the top 3 GECs to air original
episodes at late night slot of 11 pm IST. Yeh
Hai Mohabbatein might have its repeat
telecast scheduled at 11 pm. Co-incidentally,
the time slot changes of both the shows are
rumored to happen during the same time.
Whereas Beintehaa's time change is
confirmed, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's time slot
is yet to get confirmed.

Not just it will b competing with shows like gopi bahu, simar etc. But the storyline might hv to b compromised to suit TRP audience f tht time slot.
