Judges being rather harsh!

i know.. i really dont like how anu is giving his comments. he really needs to watch because ppl are listening to him and they will always have what he said in mind when they vote. ppl might not vote for the good singers because of what anu is saying.

Yh I know, and i dnt like tht sound of tht! I really want Emon to be in the top 5 but by the looks of it, mayb tht wnt happen.... plus they should be commenting on the singing more than anything!

Anu Mallik ji. Okay whatever he says, fine that's his opinion. He wants to say everyone was horrible, he can go ahead. But i mean there is a way to express your opinion. He is very crude and unsympathetic. I mean if the conestants look up to him as a judge, he should speak to them with humility. Such a reknowned music director and he speaks like some gunda.

I dunno i personally think emon's body language does exude a lot of over confidence. It is very glaringly obvious. They did mention he sang well but he has to improve his attitude. I guess they find that annoying and a negative quality which can rob him of the title, which is why they kept stressing on it.

yeah,, he was being rather harsh today with everyone from emon, prashant,charu, smita like almost everyone. They almost say the same thing to some ppl like in some places your sur was offf,, but i thought indian idol was abt sur and taal??? Then why are they critizing emon's overconfidence even though he was in sur,, can;t they forget that??? 😕
I think judges are starting to get a little biased, cuz i think they all have their favourites and plus i think Ankita is a gr8 performer, she's got the spark but i think she is getting a little overated, like all the judges praise her even though she herself was off key...
guess Indian audience has to decide the outcome
Btw, isn't there a number ppl in North America can call, cuz they have one for Uk and UAE,, why not US and Canada???? 😕

i hate annu malik n i think he tries to act oversmart about the surs among all the judges and shows he picks on everyone for a good reason... i think the jugdes r a bit harsh when judging emon

but i agree...they always say to emon...u are an excellent singer, no point in discussing that...but...blah blah...

reminds me of how they almost made Karunya look like a villain in the last years II...and no wonder Sandeep won the title...

this time they want to make Ankita the idol...IMO!

What is the judge supposed to do? If a singer sings badly and deserves to be voted out, appeal to the public to keep him in so that in the final rounds of the contest, there will be 11 contestants on stage, instead of 2

What is the Judge supposed to do? If a singer sings badly, give them a lollypop and sympathise with them for their bad singing?

What is the Judge supposed to do on stage? Why is he appointed in the first place

U need a Judge to tell you how the contestant fared in the round. Not all members of audience are trained musicians, with the knack of being able to spot the odd mistake or the place where they lost track of the song etc. U need a Judge to point out the good from the bad. U need a judge to show you how a singer has a good voice, yet made a mistake. U need a judge to show you where he went wrong.

Do u want all Judges like Alisha, dressed up in finery like she is going to some fancy dress competition, telling every singer how CUTE he looks, how AWESOME he is and how he is a good singer, when to even an untrained ear, you can spot the place where he went off key.

Do you want a Judge to let a contestant be in a state of false security or for that matter be misled into believing he is a good singer when he does go off key.

Yes, he can certainly tone himself down, but sometimes, I feel, there is a big need to do drama like he does lest the audience get swayed by the histrionics of Alisha and support a contestant who is not deserving of the title.
