I don't know..
Something else..
Like he knew she is that sorta person who full fight for the right no matter f it's hers or someone else..

He wanted to maybe show her how to control her emotions because he doesn't want her loosing this job because of it?

I saw a chemistry.. But I think that's professional what they did like no matter how much you hate a colleague you can't put thier life or the passenger lives in danger!
