Chintoo prepares some list & naani asks him not to change any method till she gets Duli chand's order..chintoo says he has full confidence on him & on his method so naani should not worry.
Chintoo says to all the 3 jamais that today he is talking as a MD & not as a jamai, sadu bhai or chintoo beta.
Chintoo asks naana to collect the funds which are due from people..he asks PK to look after the sweets & says PK has to explain various methods to prepare sweets in the shop & gives a work of marketing to mahaan & ask him to utilize, websites etc. to market their shop.
Chintoo asks naani, whatever he is doing are correct or not & naani says everything is correct & asks all the jamais to look after their works.
All the 3 jamais discusses each other..mahaan says instead of doing rehearsal he is searching websites & doing marketing job & says he cant do anymore..PK says instead of doing experiment in lab he is talking to shop people to explain about sweets, now he cant continue this work & Naana says he is tired of asking dues from people, now he cant ask anymore.
Chintoo asks them whether they are doing their works properly..he again gives instructions to all the jamais & continue to work since they are getting duli chand's order & they have to deliver the sweets within time..he says he is going out now due to work & by the time he returns back all the works should be finished.
Every body starts to have their lunch..in between chintoo calls all the 3 jamais & enquire about their works status.
Naani receives a call from duli chand, talks to him & says they lost the order with sad face..everybody are shocked to hear this..naani says if duli chand has cancelled the order then what did chintoo do..she says she had said chintoo not to change any method of the business but he did not listen to me at all.
Chintoo meets all the 3 jamais again & ask them whether they are doing their works..they all says unnecessarily he is asking this b'coz duli chand has cancelled the order.
Chintoo says duli chand has not cancelled the order so they can continue their works..he goes away from there..naana orders PK to find out whether duli chand has cancelled the order or not & asks mahaan to search about chintoo's things..naana says they have to get ready for a new MD now.
PK calls duli chand & ask about order..he will come to know that order is cancelled..mahaan searches chintoo room & will find 2 film tickets.
All the 3 jamais speaks to naani & says chintoo distributed works to them but he has planned to go to film with dolly & also says duli chand has cancelled the order..naani angrily says she will prepare a termination letter immediately & handover the letter to chintoo in front of everybody just like how she had made him MD in front of everybody.
Dolly calls chintoo & says mahaan has shown the film tickets to naani like a villain :P & says naani has decided to terminate him as MD..chintoo asks her not to worry for anything.
Naani shouts at dolly & dolly gives a glass of water & says not to worry..naani scolds her saying they both are going to film without thinking about their business.
chintoo comes & praises all the 3 jamais saying they all worked hard today..naana has collected all most all the dues, mahaan has marketed their shop so well in the websites, so now everybody are come to know about their shop & says due to PK jamai all are aware of the quality of the sweets.
chintoo says he received a call from duli chand & says he has received an order along with rs.50000 In advance & submits his resignation to naani saying before she terminates him he will give the resignation letter..he says 2 film tickets he had bought 2 weeks before & that time he did not know that he will become MD after 2 weeks.
Chintoo goes to his room & sits silently..dolly says she is very happy for chintoo's work..chintoo says he lied to naani & says he did not actually receive any call from duli chand..dolly asks how he gave rs.50000 to naani then..chintoo says he gave the money which he had won yesterday from the competition & says sometimes prestige is important for a man than money..she ask what will he do with the sweets now since they had already prepared sweets for duli chand order..chintoo says he is thinking to distribute all the sweets to anathashram.
Chintoo receives a call from duli chand, talks to him & becomes happy..he says to dolly that duli chand gave order of rs.2,00,000 & says he is giving rs.1,00,000 in advance.
Chintoo calls every1 with excitement..he says to naani that duli chand once again gave order to them..naani asks him to explain properly.
chintoo says b'coz of greediness duli chand initially had cancelled the order but now he understood his mistake so he is giving the order back to them for rs.2,00,000 & says he is givng rs.1,00,000 in advance.
Naani asks chintoo then how come he gave rs.50000 few minutes back..chintoo says rs.50,000 he gave to her was his competition winning amount & says sorry & ask her to excuse him for saying lie.
Naani says this time she is excusing him but next time he should be careful & says anyway his resignation letter is with her so she can pass that letter any time she wants & everybody laughs..the epi. ends here.
Precap: badelal says tijori money is stolen..everybody are shocked & looks at tijori..PK asks badelal where is his passport which he had given to keep..badelal says he had kept it in the tijori & now it is also gone.. naani says fortunately there were less amount in tijori & says she will complain to police.
Today's episode is good..everybody acted well..sumit actively performed in all the scenes.
