Although I had promised to post the answer by today evening, I am posting it now because everyone has been asking me to..

So the answer to this riddle is.. Scabbers' Rat Tonic

It's a bit shocking right?😆 I told you it would be something unusual that no one actually thinks about it in general..

Here goes the explanation

Power and strength, that's me..

A rat tonic was supposed to give Scabbers strength since he was looking ill after coming back from Egypt

Said the maiden, I wonder who is she..

The rat tonic was given to Ron by the witch working at Magical Menagerie.. We don't know who she is because her name wasn't mentioned at all

Offered to the little of the land

It was given to Scabbers who is a "little" (small creature) of the land

Loner I was till someone saw me firsthand..

Ron had forgotten the bottle in the bar of Leaky Cauldron and Harry had to go looking for it.. It was found there "alone"..

I am there for as long as allowed I am

A tonic or any kind of potion, in general, is there as long as the owner keeps it..

Longer I stay, the evil I am..

Things do expire after sometime and so does a tonic..

Meant for one

The potion was actually for Ron

Took by another one

But Hermione had brought it for him since he went looking for Scabbers and forgot it

Reached final by a third one

Ron had forgotten it in the bar of Leaky Cauldron and Harry brought it for him.. And Ron I believe is the final destination because the tonic wasn't mentioned again.

I hope I have mentioned everything clearly..
