Adi has a powerful brother with a production house and Vidya Balan as his sister in law so not really an outsider. I also wouldn't class Sushant as an outsider because he was working in serials but at the end of the day even that is classed under entertainment. Some of these people always have some sort of connections though even if we can't see it, so it's difficult to pin point.

Ranveer made it on his own he didnt sell Anil Kapoor's name for films look at Arjun or that dude in Fugly who is Sonam's cousin talk Anil all the time before their movie came out.
