Oh this is something hard to show in daily soaps.Lets wait n watch what they are going to show.
Somehow they have already showed a different angle to a cousin sis n bro relationship.🤢

Its definitely influenced by the novel, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, which was also made into a movie, starring Daniel Craig (James Bond guy) and Rooney Mara ...they are the detectives trying to find the girl who has been missing for last 40 years!

I think just like the movie and novel above, Trisha ran away from home herself, changed her id, hence the CCTV footage of ATM, showing her withdrawing cash, also they found evidence of Trisha cutting her hair, changing clothes to hide her identity.

I dont know why the ACP doesnt realize that Trisha wasnt kidnapped because the ATM vdo clearly shows that she was free and acting on her own after disappearance from the party.

As for boldness, Trisha and her first cousin Vivan were having an affair for last one year as Vivaan confessed to Kabir.
In Punjabi culture, such relationships between first cousins is taboo...Trisha's family is Punjabi/ North Indian so its possible she ran away from home either to escape from her cousin...or Vivaan and Trisha planned her disappearance so they could be together later somewhere unknown.

Other aspects of so called Boldness:
Much married mother of 2 teenagers, Lavanya is having an illicit affair with her brother's best friend and business partner, Prem.

Prateek Swaika is having an affair with his secretary Neha

There are hints that Gaurav is gay and had an affair with Nikhil is New York, Nikhil is definitely gay.

Seems like the whole Swaika family is full of illicit relationships, secret affairs and only Amrita is the clueless innocent family member.

. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/hindi/tv/news/Laut-Aao-Trisha-inspired-by-Spanish-TV-show/articleshow/38255350.cms. "Laut Aao Trisha", to be aired on Life OK, promises to entertain viewers with a new style of storytelling. An adaptation of Spanish finite TV series " Donde esta Elisa", it will focus on the ugly side of a family and its ties.

It is and so far there is no change in the storyline, everything is the same, except the language! But I don't know if they are going to show Gaurav as gay since it is a very touchy topic in India. But in the original, Elisa's uncle is. But Eijaz is the sole reason I watch it.. Otherwise lost interest in it.

I don't want to spoil it for anyone.. But Amrita also has her secrets to hide! and as far as any of her cousins go, they don't have anything to do with her disappearance. And hopefully the ending isn't same as Donde Esta Elisa.

Is this show 'bold' in actuality?
The concept of illegitimate affairs and what not may be something unexplored in Indian tv shows but that doesnt necessarily make the show itself absolutely 'bold'. To tangress into the 'bold' zone, the show would have to have some explicit scenes, (similar to the kind that is shown in certain hollywood serials) which it clearly does not.

this show is interesting.. it's completly different from the everyday soaps that come on.. maybe thats why the TRP is not up there.. everytime someone comes up with a different storyline, majority viewers don't like it.. just like the show "24" starting anil kapoor.. i didn't watch it, but watched the entire 9 season's of the american version.. and it's a great show.. i hope they don't end this show as it would be interesting to find out the ending.. so far.. i'm hooked on it.. and far as the cousins are concerned, in real life, things like this do happen.. some even marry their cousins..

The incest issue has died down, how is it that the family members arent more shocked by it.? Maybe they are tpo dropped up in own worries and problems. Trisha recprocated feelings for vivsan before that night sje chose toeend it . I think prateek n amrita havent faced the problem yet, as trisha is as guilty as Vivaan in the matter but her parents try to put a cover ovrr it.
