Hey all,
Well once again, I decided to time myself, while tying in a reply - 15 mins.
Diya di, I notice you could spare more time, typed in so many interesting things, wonderful to read them as always. Love how you explain things so well, a God's gift.
Tn di - I think this is the first time you outbeat Diya di, in terms of perfection. You did not miss a single conversation and I loved your bit which was crystal clear.
Hope di - Superb, so many things and so many questions, hope the Cvs are listening and will close all loops, logic ki parvah ab nahi kar sakte. Sorry about not replying in the previous thread, just read your response, and would definitely get back to it after this one.
Swetha di - Thanks for the PM and of course aapke collages are definitely going to remain in our hearts, even way after the show ends. PaRud ko bhool jaayenge, lekin aapke yeh collages kabhi nahin. You bring in the essence - Quotes as well as the blend of art.
Okay so this is what I thought about the episode.
Myrah and Dhruv
Ha ha! So the kid is happy his mummy might get married and he may learn to use the Smartphone? Nice..
On a serious note, I think we all loved the scene because of its cuteness, Dhruv's sadness.
I loved it because, it proved to Rudra that Myrah could be a mom, minus the lookalike features.
She handled the same in her simple ways - Honest and clear. She wants to be a mummy, the Major needs to intervene and decode the message passed.
Dhruv - I felt he represented the Hope & Faith thread, he left no question, so many of them, and I like how he connected the dots and attacked Myrah.
Okay character-wise makes it easier for me rather than scene-wise. Given I have challenged myself to complete the assigned task in a stipulated time. 😆
Sumer - Ha ha! He hates Rohit officially. His Shrimati dared called the Chikhane wala gadha - Cute? No wonder he is dead set on exchanging Dulha, kahin gusse mein aakar Dulhan na exchange kar le. Shatapdi weds Rohit! 😲
He knows his Ma in and out, her twisted mind, how it works and I am sure he is going to definitely make Rudra end up with Myrah, but of course blurting out to Rohit that she is a lookalike of Rudra's dead wife. He is getting involved in a achaar business, but infact uski chutney ban rahi hai. He is getting sandwiched between 2 queens who love to manipulate, he should have been taught to hate Khoobsurat women.
Shatapdi - Can I say she is bold, brave? How is it that she has money, that makes her actually have an upper hand in handling her Saasu ma? When she entered the Haveli - She did not back out, sharmofy, get beat up verbally by Mohini. She is confident in that matter. She has changed the once murderer wali Mohini and I really wonder where did she get all that wisdom from. She is never shown scared, handles the situation a comic manner, but Mohini is more comfortable in scolding her less, in fact enjoys her company, I would say.
Samrat - Well.. Well.. So he is a dad officially now? Can I just say he was dazed, mesmerized by Myrah's presence? He was taken aback etc.. He was staring at her, was he even listening?
He was, until now. He was crystal clear about him, Mythili and kids - Their future.
But now, Myrah praises him, and he hears her say Mythili's dil ki baatein and he is convinced? He respects his mother, but he respects Mythili more. They are a husband and wife, and kids - Its a personal issue. But Myrah got involved, now is like a member of the family, I think Myrah crossed a line, with directly going ahead and not discussing the issue first.
She loves her Bhaiya and Bhabhi and wants the best for them, but she did manipulate them is what I would say. She praised Samrat - Knowing he would be the one to convince, she hit the right chord. When a couple decides whats best for them, and having Rudra as a part of their family, seemed to have not taken that much interest, I think she stole his thunder or this is her way of impressing Rudra, unknowingly that she cares for him, his family, wants to be part of this family.
Myrah did finish a job - I want to complete this family, hence is more than eager to help out a Jeeja and Bhaiya so that when she leave thems, if at all she is too to get married to Rohit and leave. She would be always remembered by them. Leave behind a piece of her heart.
She wants to leave behind a memory for Rudra, her token of appreciation of all their hospitality, their generosity, her means of completing the family. She knows Rudra wouldn't accept her, until she is Paro, or he is able to see her as a different person, she did get the hint that the differences he mentioned were similarities and hence is taking a step ahead, planning her departure too. She wants to stay or not again depends on Rudra's responses, actions, reactions.
Okay that had nothing to do with Samrat and Mythili. They were wise parents and now seem to be impressed with her compassion - She is a lookalike, or they too think there is a Paro residing in her?
No way a 3-4 mins heart-felt dialogues would convince them - There has to be some sort of unseen, unfelt bond. Now they do not seemed to be bothered what Mohini would say, how would she react - Because they too know, God has sent in an angel to fulfill their wishes, and this time they aren't going to let that opportunity slip loose/slide away. Samrat has something in his mind, we need to wait and watch.
Or it could be simple - he is grateful Myrah helped Mythili doll up for the anniversary and he is getting a vibe that she is not doing this out of her goodness of her heart, she has some secret and he is playing along, just as to wait and watch M=P emerge.
Okay, 15 mins definitely flew away as well as the thoughts.. I would go on with the rest of the characters.
Koel - She is direct and sweet. Her screen space is slowly being reduced, or maybe minimized now and later, she would be the one plotting with Rohit uncle as to how to make her Kaka the Dulha.
Dhruv - He is starting to see reality and why was he confident that Myrah loves him and not his Papa too? Kids - He did make Rudra wonder that would it be actually possible that Myrah may like me, as in, love me as much as Paro? Should I give it a shot? He is definitely going to be the focus, until the very last - Now is he going to be the cupid, or become the once sensible one, obey his father's wishes. I thinks he becomes fun, when he is with girls around - Both Koel and Myrah.
Mohini - She would tear apart the world, do any amount of pooja-paath just as to win the Achaar competition. She is not worried about a sick boy who would be missing his mom. She needs to interact with the kid, I think she would realize that and use him as a pawn into becoming Saassu Ma 3.0. She would break the ice, use his innocence to get the parents together - Not as a Grandma, but a businesswomen. In the episode - She has the best comic timing and of course amazing one-liners.
Mythili - She is official BFF of Rudra Pratap Ranawat! How cool is she? She doesn't say anything, yet he opens up to her just like that. He is quite comfortable in letting out his dil ki baatein as well ans vent out at the same time and she would be more than happy to convey the same to Myrah. What I do not understand is that why do Rudra and Dhruv need to leave their Haveli, when they are the host? Myrah could be kind enough to shift the wedding venue. She is worried about a kid, as well as an even bigger kid, who seems to be clueless at the moment.
Rohit - Okay so he likes Myrah, notices the small differences, pin-points them. He is all set to become the Dulha, but the Dulhan is just not that interested. She is worried abut kids, her Bodyguard, rather than her Lehenga or kya cocktails are to be served at her wedding.
She likes Rudra and his kid. Rohit needs to deal with it. Bas. He came here to give a surprise and is indeed surprised with the massive change in his best friend's attitude. He is going to investigate, in fact test if the "love" is two-sided
The precap - Now I get it, he wants to check if Rudra is as protective, defensive, possessive as Myrah is for Rudra. He would get his answer, but of course would confuse the love-birds even more. Yup - With the way things are headed, the speed actually - Myrah loves Rudra, Rudra may be starting to love Myrah, as Myrah and not Paro!
Rudra - The aagan scene. Myrah was really aggressive with him! Both her words and body language. She wasn't gentle, she was forceful - She did not let go of his hand. He did nt fight back, would be completely wrong. He did not simply let go too, she was the one who initiated it, as in, decided to not let go. He concludes, analyses etc etc.. He is not confused, he is scared, worried, embarrassed that his love theory, his dialogues may all get washed away because he actually likes her, but isn't going to admit it. He shields them with anger, rationalizes the situation, the feelings, but will not be able to do that for long. He needs to know why she is taking the decision, is it because of him rejecting her (the revenge idea acc to him) or she is actually that brave that she would challenge him to let out his feelings, that he does not want to feel, but is majboor. He likes her, maybe even loves her, he knows it, she knows it, the world knows it - But Rohit?
Rudra would use the fatherhood as a excuse to get rid of his guilt, he would constantly remind himself that he needs to be the wise one, smart one, because he did tell Dhruv that she cannot be his mother, but she is the one who actually convinces the kid, his kid. He even admits, appreciates Myrah's way of handling things - In a way he is confused, he is maybe even heart-broken that she could be this brutual and honest with a kid, and what about his so-called new feelings, they aren't even been given an opportunity to be expressed.
He is worried that she may actually be heartless enough to leave them stranded, when he hopes she could substitute Paro at this stage, but again reminds himself, in fact is preparing himself, as well as Dhruv from another heart-break, by promising out loud - They would see Myrah wed Rohit, and he would go back to his normal life. He is challenging her, see how ruthless she could be, if she is his Paro (in a way), she would come back to him, give him another chance, but yet again, he would be the weak one, would suppress his feelings, because he needs to act as a father, not a deewaana at this stage, and is going to make Myrah realize things, which she already knows, but he doesn't know that she knows them.
It is a twisted theory, with really great actors, is making me go all mad, mental and it is getting harder and harder to find a justification, which we shouldn't need to be worry about, just go with the flow, but dil hai ki maanta nahin!
Apologize from the bottom of my heart for this really long, essay type haphazard reply. I need to stick to my words - 15 mins ki keemat aaj samaj mein aa hi gaya! Sorry for wasting you time.
