So it seems Aditya Roy Kapoor is not in love with his Aashiqui 2 co-star after all. At a recent interview, the actor revealed that he is still looking for his true love and said, "I have been in a relationship and which I thought was love but it was not. I am still discovering love. Hopefully, I will be meeting the right person one day. But I am not looking for it actively. If it has to happen, it will." Since he was rumoured to be dating Shraddha one can infer that he is indeed talking about her when he said these words.
When specifically asked about her he said, ""She is a very dear friend and that's it. The media has written a lot about us and I believe that is part and parcel of being an actor."
Aditya added that he is more focused on his work and career these days. He went on to talk about his upcoming feature film with Parineeti Chopra and said, "The zone which I have entered in the film is completely alien to me. I have never been to Lucknow and I can't cook. The best I can do is make coffee, scrambled eggs and Maggi! I completely went with his direction. My father is an excellent cook so I took a few chopping lessons from him which really came handy during the shoots."
So while Shraddha may have gotten away we really hope this stud finds a new lady love soon. Daawat-e-ishq starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra is slated to release on the 19th of September, 2014.
