Sanam is shocked as Tanveer's decision to sent Dilshad away. But Tanveer assure her that all will be will and this is the right thing to do. Later, Tanveer donates money for ganesh chathuri to some ladies while Razia is worried if the ladies will notice her as now she's a mere servant, just then Latif ask her to come along to serve the guest. Tanveer then start taunting Razia for doing wrong things and the ladies are shocked to see the once owner of this mansion is a mere servant and taunt her also. Later the woman talks about having the bhopal best couple event, Tanveer discard it but Razia suggested Ahil and Sanam names while the women agree leaving Tanveer with no choice.Ahil's on his phone when Sanam brings his medicine, and order him to stay quiet and all, he's surprised. Then he remembers her begin all sad while signing the papers and ask her the reason but instead he turns to goes away saying she doesn't like such question but he holds her hand saying he wants an answer, in comes Tanveer informing them about the couple contest and they should participate as the women wants that and they have to set a good impression. On the road, Rehaan finds Sanam which is actually Seher lying. He calls home and hear Sanam's voice and wonder what's happening, Sanam is home then who is this? Sanam then ask why he left?, but he said he had to and not to tell Ahil he called. As Sanam hangs the phone up, Ahil is behind her. However, he asked about he contest and they should start learning things about each other, Tanveer on the other hand is shocked to hear this while Latif say this contest will bring these two together and leaves. Tanveer tells this can never happen and goes to the saying, that they shouldn't take her seriously as they all know they are not going to win as they hate each other and are not alike and so on then leaves. Sanam and Ahil are hurt, Ahil thinks he doesn't understand despite not liking Sanam very much he is so happy with her.Rehaan then place Seher in his car by the time he goes out and returns she switch on the AC and the radio then Rehaan is surprised when he returns and sprinkle water on her face, she pretend to wake up from her unconscious state and address Rehaan as Rakesh leaving him confused.Haya talks to Dilshad about how everyone is happy and Tanveer is sending her away for better treatment, Dilshad is sad knowing Tanveer wants her death and signals Haya who is understand what she is saying and leaves the Dilshad then write on a piece of paper Tanveer is dangerous and Haya returns to see and is confused.
PreCap: At the food stall, Rehaan ask Seher to order when he order allot of food he is surprised. While, she spot Dilshad being made to sit in an ambulance.Tanveer bids farewell to Dilshad in her mind.
