Rehaan and Haya Step-Brother and Sister

Are Haya and Rehaan step-brother and step-sister. Both have the "Imran-Qureshi" last name. How is that possible? Isn't Haya Imran and Najma's daughter? So confused. so in long about way's Rehan and Seher would be related somehow but not by blood.

Rehaan is imraan and tanveers son and haya is imran and najmas son so yes they are half brother and sister as they have same father imran.
